The young woman staff was extremely rude. I don’t think this store provide employee training.

Went today and was helped by a new employee with cool piercings and the service was great. I didn't feel rushed and my drink was delicious. Clean environment, speedy service and good small talk. Will definitely be coming back.

Came in around 3:50pm on 1/28 and a customer asked the female juice maker to add his own supplements .. the female worker accepted to make his drink with his own supplements.. How disgusting.. I didn't know Jamba juices were now doing this? We do know what customers are bringing in? Someone please educate the worker or take a food handlers class

Closes way too early on the weekend. Everytime i want a healthy snack or drink over the weekend I think of Jamba then realize it’s closed already.

This Jamba Juice never disappoints and I appreciate them for the consistency. My favorite is the one in Whittier the Whittwood Center but this is a close 1 1/2 not even 2nd place. God bless you all and blessing be upon god.

District manager is a very rude woman. She is very monotone and has a look of treating nobody with good intentions. She is rude to employees in front of customers and degrades employees in front of everyone. Always strutting in and out of the store like she owns the place and is overall a terrible person. She should not be representing any business with her attitude, she makes Jamba Juice company look terrible. Obviously let's personal problems reflect on her performance with staff and customers, overall a bad vibe towards everyone. Employees always talk about her in a bad manor and whenever her presence is near a bad experience for everyone all around

Drinks are good as always, but the customer service is horrible. Rudest employees ever. Very disappointed because I am a loyal customer, but probably won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Worst Jamba Juice ever!!! They are lazy to clean their machines so they don't provide orange or carrot juice! No wonder it's dead and probably going out of Bussiness soon! They didn't even know how to use a gift card! Horrible

Jamba...jamba.... jamba... jamba!Get it together! Are you poorly staffed? is your staff poorly trained? what is the deal? I write this after I had the same experience in your store. In fact on back to back days. The young woman work Sunday afternoon, and Monday evening. Is the most unfriendly, and unwelcoming staff members I have ever seen in a customer service setting. On Sunday, I'll give it to her. She was alone and it was very busy. But she did not say hello. Did not say thank you. Did not smile. Was literally expressionless from the time I walked in, until I walked out. I half expected her to toss her visor and walk out. Monday, however, was not busy. In fact when we walked in the store was empty, and she was not even out front. She still had the same blank expression that she had the day before. The same expression I had when I was 18 working at McDonalds, just existing. I mean i get it. I'm sure Jamba is not her life goal. But jeez make the most of it while you're there. Again barely a greeting. No eye contact, Nothing about our interaction said your business if valued. Maybe pay for to have acting class as part of the training, at least faking a smile would have been appreciated. The worst part of all this were the poorly made smoothies. I've never had a PB Moo'd so THICCC it was insanely thick. I ordered a reg gummi for my daughter but ended up with Razzmatazz which might be similar prep, but I had never had it taste like it did on monday. I spent $35 on 5 smoothies during a time slow enough the girl wasn't out front, and the smoothies were poorly made, undoubtedly due to the staff member's indifference. Sorry Jamba you're losing business with staff members like this

They are always rude here. They do not know how to run a business. Not sure who manages this place but it’s got horrible service. Never enough people working. It takes forever to get your order. Someone of authority needs to come to this location to see how this place is being operated! They need help!
