I usually like the sandwiches BUT I wish employees would listen. I cannot eat anything with oil and vinegar. Employees seem so trained to automatically make things Mike's way that they forget what the customer says. My bread was soaking wet with oil. It was disgusting.

Lorena is a terrible manager and single handily brought down my opinion of this location. We have been coming here for years without any issue. In fact, everything was going great until she got involved. First she comes along and packs my friend’s sandwich into someone else’s mobile order. When he pointed it out, she gets frustrated and throws the sandwich on the counter, opens it up to look at it and then sloppily wraps the sandwich back up and throws it back on the counter at the register. When he pointed out that she was ruining his sandwich, she just laughed and walked away. When it was my turn to pay, I had a coupon with no expiration date for a sub, chip, and drink for $9.99. She said the price of the subs have gone up so the price has gone up on the coupon. I have never heard of this happening before. After I protested this policy, she rang up a sub, chip, and drink for $9.99 but the cleared it and said the total was higher. I pointed out that she just rang it up for the correct price and finally corrected it. Because of her attitude and poor customer service, I will not be back to this location again. From the response of Lorena, she doesn’t care but I hope that the owner cares and finds better managers with better customer service skills.

Super upset with this location. My husband went in to use his points for ours kids subs mind you we have 4 kids so 2 giants feeds the 4 of them. The manager Mariana told him he could only use 144 points when asked to do separate transactions they told him he couldn't. Really upset about this because he paid money to earn those points to be told how he's able to use them is not ok. She tried telling me it depends on the franchise owner when I let her know I'm well aware of who the area director was (Patrick and Danny) and that I know that's not a thing she told me she didn't care. Really need to retrain this staff to letting people use there points however they want to use them when my husbands pays money for his lunches to earn those points!

I came here and order sandwich for my son it was close to his work and I wanted to grab him lunch and drop off at his work and I ordered the regular Italian mikes way sandwiches, I wouldn't know how it taste like but, the services here has bad customer services the girl was making the sandwich was rude and had an attitude, rolling her eyes problem, if she didn't like her job she should stay home. Place was slow...and was so so clean I think ? I wouldn't come here again if I was in town.

Please hire additional staff!! They can not handle the lunch rush on a Sunday can't even think about during the week what if was on my lunch. I waited about 45mins for two sandwiches that's crazy! And the staff want even apologetic about it or offered us anything for waiting so long! the line went through about 5x with different people and we are still waiting for the damn sandwiches! Extremely disappointing as it was our first time with Jersey Mike's.

The sandwiches are great which is why I keep coming back here but they have a serious issue with pick-up orders. I have done many pick-up orders here and they are NEVER ready on time. On my most recent order yesterday, I arrived at pickup time and still had to stand there for over 20 minutes waiting for somebody to make my (1) sandwich. On the worst occasion several months ago, I had placed an order for 3 sandwiches, arrived at the pickup time, and stood there for NEARLY AN HOUR until my order was finally ready. And they had plenty of employees behind the counter so they were definitely not understaffed. It literally would've been faster for me to just get in line and order which completely defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

Sandwich ingredient is spoiled and has molded green bell pepper. Took the sandwich with the proof of purchase back to the this location and asking for the refund, but it was being refused which does not make any sense. This location seems to willing to take a chance with the law suite with someone got sick. Will never use this place again. Want to share this bad experience with the consumer.

Wish I would have read the reviews before we went. Was looking for something better than Subway. TERRIBLE service... $30 for 3 sandwiches. Don't waste your time, money or patience at this location. There's a subway in the Walmart or in the next plaza up by the Dollar Tree

We love jersey Mike's & have given this location a chance time & time again. & today was absolutely the last time we will be giving them our business. On 2 separate occasions they have gotten the bread wrong on 1 of the sandwiches in our order (online orders at that). The second time it happened I emailed customer service & they told me the email was forwarded to the owner & we never heard back.Today they finally got the bread right on both orders. But unfortunately both sandwiches we ordered were dripping with the oil we requested in it. The paper was full of it. It's unfortunate that this location just can't seem to get it right. We will take our business elsewhere.

The manager Lorena (I'm sorry if I am spelling your name wrong) was absolutely wonderful. She has great customer service, which is very hard to find these days after covid. She completely kept her cool under a stressful lunch hour. Thank you for the service. I will be back!
