To me food is always very good and hot. But, service could be quicker. Had to wait 10 minutes just for 2 biscuits that were already good to go. I understand there were larger orders than mine. But when getting biscuits for the larger order. My small order could've been knocked out at the same time.

I've been eating at KFC since I was 3 years old. I am now 62 so I know eleven herbs and spices and what I was just served is not made from The KFC original recipe. In fact all the food here sucks and so do the people who work here. I don't understand how this location stays in business. The chicken tasted like it was just dipped in flour and then fried with no spices The mashed potatoes and gravy was just bland and the macaroni and cheese was cold I had a bite of each and just left it shortly after I sat down an argument broke out in the back between two employees a woman and a guy and they screamed at the top of their lungs in Spanish for 10 minutes straight. I feel like I just threw $14 right out my window as I was driving down the road that's what it feels like. Harbor boulevard and Francis avenue stay away from this location!IT SUCKS!!!

Ordered them asked me again what was it that I ordered even thought they said pull up the the window. Had to wait 6 min more for the nuggets on my 30 min lunch break. Only one person inside one car behind me.smh not very

3 of the last 4 times I've ordered here they got the order wrong. 1rst time I ordered all white meat and corn as the side. Got dark meat with mashed potatoes. Clerk was rude when I tried to return the order and said the order was correct. The reciept proved her wrong. 2nd time order of chicken tenders was missing. Returned to get missing order with no problems. 3rd time missing pot pie. Walked back in to got the missing item and was told we never ordered a pot pie. Reciept shows it was. Got attitude again. Was told it would be at least fifteen minutes before it would be ready. Worker in back said there were 2 already made. The manager snapped at the worker for saying that. Last time I go to this establishment until they get new managers with customer service as a priority and getting workers to double check orders to be correct!

If your business is known for chicken and you never have chicken then close this location and stop making others waste time to go out of our ways to go buy some damn chicken. I would give this location 0 stars if possible. The worst service ever. Super slow, and ALWAYS out of Extra Crispy chicken. If using the drive-thru, they will ask you to either come into the restaurant or park your car for 15 minutes until they cook your food. Management needs to step in here, quickly.

Went to do a grubhub pick up order here and without ANYONE IN THE LINE, they still didn't have a pot pie ready. I believe the orders hit your system for the most part when we accept if not earlier from a canceled order, Nicole does take her timer in to consideration as she tells u to wait on the side parking lot. That's a waste of my time to wait for Lazy people that are just having too much fun working at a KFC or just miserable with there work ethic, either way, that's a WASTE OF ANY DRIVERS TIME. And a waste of Food for KFC. Poor work ethics. It's kfc tho right. Must suck to suck.
I love kfc but this location always makes you wait. Order at the drive thru over 1 item please park. Last time , I waited over 10 minutes and had to go in. They explained that they were waiting on the biscuits. I explained mine didn’t come with any and they just looked at me. This time over 10 minutes for a chicken bowl and no apology when I came in just have a good day.

This location of KFC seems to be out of chicken whenever I go there. I went thru the drive thru yesterday (6/10) and wanted a 2pc meal and was told that there was any chicken except chicken tenders because they just filled a large order mind you This was 5pm, dinner time. What was other customers supposed to do!! I will never go here again.
