This place is still really loud, but I understand it caters to family oriented customers and they're great for supporting local sports programs. The pizza I can't get enough it is so good and the new owners keep the tables clean. They are very hands on. If you can tolerate the noise from lots of kids, I highly recommend if you're not a fan of the noise take out is an option. Pizza very very good. Highly recommend.

Everything you imagined a pizza pub would be when you were growing up at Chuck E Cheese, but with a bar to satiate your adulthood. It may be a pizza joint, but try the subs.

Staff is attentive, place is getting remodeled and should be 10 times better! Although I give it a 10 now! The family and I enjoy catching our Raiders games here! If only they could get their s&$t together and win a game!!

My parents and I decided to come here because this has been our spot for pizza. But ever since they changed their management, things have been off. First of all, we got there around 3:40pm. We were the only ones there except for 2-4 people playing pool. They took 40 minutes to give us our food. Secondly, miss there good old pizza and sandwiches. I mean come on, only ham and cheese. Not even a slice of lettuce or tomatoes. Third of all, just miss how it use to be. The manger always being out and about. Everyone having a great time. Now it's just calm and not up lifting!

They used to have great authentic homemade pizza, Sadly on our last visit we were informed there was new ownership, But were reassured that fresher higher quality ingredients would be used, and that the quality would be good.That was not the case, I've had Store bought frozen pizza that was more appetizing. I hope they can turn this around, but for now we will be searching for another place as an alternative to the big chains.

Sunday afternoon, not crowded at all and takes 1 hour and 51 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza. I chexknon our order several times, keeps being told "it's almost done".. 1 hour and 30 minutes, still no pizza. 4 parties that ordered after me have already received their order and have eaten. I check on my order for a 3rd time and staff was rude and finally offered me a refund. My kids needed to still eat, just needed my order. Normally a great place, they needs to get it together.
Ordered wings today, ordered Buffalo when we got our wings I bit into one and it was sweet I went to the older man at the register (the owner or manager) and asked said it wasn't the right sauce he argued with me till finally going to check. I see him in the kitchen he switched bottles and looks at me and says oh your right I mixed them. He takes the basket to the back and a few mins later brings them out. I noticed they were super dark under the sauce, I went and asked the guy if he made new wings or re-fried the ones he originally gave us cause they didn't taste right. He ADMITTED to me he took the wings re-fried them and added Buffalo sauce then asked if I don't like them like that. I asked him did he even notice the one I had taken a bite out of before he threw them back in, now that fryer is contaminated and he had just sent out more wings the same time he re-fried ours. Saving money on food he messed up was more important then food handling safety. And still charges us the full amount for the food. We were totally turned off after that.

Place is extremely dirty! It looks like they never clean the carpets. Very rude cashier and horrible customer service. Food is either under cooked or burnt, when asked to speak to a manager they send another employee who mentioned "They send me to be the one to say no!" I guess the manger is to good to help out an unsatisfied customer? I will never be back.

Maaan...All the employees here were politely RUDE! They didn't want to take our orders because they closed in 1.5 hours! We had to convince them to take our orders, and they were super rude about it. We spent hundreds of dollars and they are still pushing us out 10 minutes after 9:00pm. This business used to be called Draft Picks. Back then it was a solid spot...but now....pfft Don't spend your hard earned money here because they won't appreciate it!

Came to this place for my daughters softball end of the season party. When I ordered the music was playing way too loud and there was no more than 10 people in the entire place. I could barely hear the cashier and she could barely hear me. I paid took a seat and had my appetizers brought and my number was taken. I had to ask a guy twice about my pizza and eventually it was brought to me. A little later I see some ordeal someone complaining about not getting their pizza yet. Eventually this man which I later find out is the manager comes to me and says, "this wasn't your pizza you weren't supposed to have it!" I was shocked I replied, "this is my pizza I paid for it and this is what I ordered had I not I would've been the first to tell the guy to take it back" I asked a girl who I could talk to about this incident she said the manager. It was so rude of him to approach me like this considering it's their mistake any other restaurant would just fix their error and not bother anyone else about their mistake. The manager later apologized after I said let's look at the order I'll pay if it wasn't added to my bill but I indeed ordered a bbq chicken pizza. Giving 2 stars because of the rudeness not the food itself and even then that's a generous review.
