Good food but we tried to use a coupon we got from the Boy Scouts for this specific location and they didn't know how to use it. They asked the manager sitting in the lobby and he had no interest in assisting. Pure laziness, the email they have for corporate does not work. Very disappointed because we like going here but this will make us stop.

Spam musubi!! Something so can shaped but yet tastes so good !Parking: Multiple fast food and dine in restaurants here at this location, gets packed around dinner time and weekends. Best bet if you could is to take someone with you to get food as you loop around parking lot to avoid headache.
Great Food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered Family meal for pick-up. Came home and realized they missed an Entree, called them, placed on hold for total 20 minutes and felt like I was being accused of trying to get free food. When I got to the store, THE SECOND TIME, and told them who I was the staff took turns staring at me with a smirk. Ridiculous!!!! I have experienced other restaurants with missed items. However, when I call, the first thing I get is an apology and ask what I would like. In all times, I just went back to get the extra item. We order a lot for pick up and we do understand mistakes happen, but it is all good if you recover from the mistake. This Ono staff made the experience so awful, I will never go back to this location and thinking about overall Ono
We ordered the white fish and chicken plates. The meals came with steamed rice and macaroni salad but there was also cabbage at the bottom. The white fish is a bit thin and greasy. The chicken comes with large pieces which a plastic knife should be provided when ordering take out. There’s plenty of food so you could share if you’re not a big eater. They do pack several sauces and the overall taste was good.

Excessive wait time. Super slow workers. Cooks are too talkative, spraying their germs on your food. 2 people behind me got their food 1st. The order taker too slow to handle the job.The order was not as I ordered and the food was cold and hard. Could've went to panda next door in half the time.

Did this place just get a new owner? Cause I don't ever remember tasting what I tasted today. I know teriyaki places that will run circles around this place! They raised prices and went to a cheaper cut of beef! The chicken was salty with no flavor. I would not even consider this as authentic Hawaiian barbecue. More like Fake Hawaiian Barbecue ! Please change your name!

Usually when I come here it's awesome. I never have a problem. On 10/29/23 at about 6:15 pm I came in to pick up my usual family meal order. I paid, asked for sauce and young woman who tendered my order told me there was sauce in the bag. Muck not to my surprise there was no sauce. I had a feeling she either didn't know what she was doing or she just didn't feel like doing her job. My husband went back in to get teriyaki sauce, she handed him a small baggie of katsu sauce I had to go in and get it corrected and she was acting like it was such a bother to get the correct sauce. Geeze, it was as easy as grabbing a bag. I would have done it myself if I could have. I do not understand the service industry these days. I could never treat one of my customers like that. Food is expensive these days . We're damn lucky that people are still eating out and we still have actual jobs.
I love the Hawaiian restaurant where they make great Hawaiian BBQ chicken, katsu, rice, macaroni salad, and other delicious meals. Of course, this place was first opened 21 years ago since 2002.

Super skimpy portion sizes! I DO NOT recommend this location. Just look at how few pieces of chicken I received in my order. They raise the prices but lower the amount of food. Good job management, good job.
