Called to place an order; spoke with Maria. She was speaking like a he's at a swap meet; trying to sell me Lg 1 topping pizza for $16.99 even though it boldly states $16.29 online. Had to remind her to check online. Cut long story short, I ordered 2 lg pizza and a cookie pizza. I was charged $50. That charge includes tax + a service fee of $8 even though I picked it up.The main complaint I have in addition to pricing and customer service, is I was refused crushed pepper, paper plates and was told I have to purchase them. My toppings were also burnt.Horrible experience

I preordered and after waiting over 10 minutes after arriving to the restaurant, I was notified that they messed up my order. They requested I wait an additional 20 minutes while they remade my order I requested a refund. Maria (manager) informed me that they could not issue refunds. She called Khalid, the store owner and I waited another 10 minutes while she spoke to him. I was informed that a refund was not an option despite this being their error. This place is horrific and has awful customer service. Very classy establishment. Keep up the good work, Khalid!! Your are a con artist and inconsiderate of others time.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten!!! Ordered 2 large pizzas both with the same 3 toppings. The bill was $57.19for the 2 pizzas. We were also charged a 4.25 service charge. No delivery, we picked up.The pizzas were short on toppings and the crust was so thin like eating a saltine cracker.Hardly any cheese on either pizza. We are done with Pizza Hut on Imperial & Berry in Brea. A real rip-off!

Service online sucks! This is a corporate issue. They know the app doesn't work & they do not care that customers are unhappy. Order confirmed & website showed on its way but was never delivered. Why? The store never received the order & store says Corp has known about issue for months.

We were curious about The Big New Yorker that is available for a limited time & placed an online order for pick up. Double pepperoni - 6 huge slices (think Costco sized) with sweet marinara and cheese. Unfortunately, the pizza was just okay - lacking sauce and nothing special. I'd rather opt for one of their originals rather than this limited time special. Pizza was ready at the promised time. Great customer service as the manager was really friendly upon pick up.Not a fan that Pizza Hut no longer offers complimentary cheese & red pepper flakes - must be purchased in a small container.

Service is always good at this Pizza Hut. Cannot done in since it's a take out place so can't assess the ambiance. The pizza itself is on par when comparing other pizza chains. Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas last night for a total of $25. There's a service charge that is added. Pricier than Dominoes but cheaper than Shakeys. The pizza is really buttery/greasy and the sauce is not as good as I remembered. Skimpy on the toppings but decent pizza. Nothing to really complain about but nothing to rave about either. Meh.

I ordered some wings and pizza with stuffed crust, and I clicked that non-touch delivery system. It shows with ETA of 40 minutes and I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and still have not received the pizza. I called pizza hut and they told me that they delivered like 30 minutes ago ( basically, they delivered in a total of 1 hour). So I complained that I didn't receive it and they sent a delivery guy to check it. Long to short they delivery to wrong place... When you "clicked non-touch delivery," it said, they will make sure to check customer receiving pizza and will leave after, but it never happens to me. I even added a tip when I ordered pizza but I'm assuming they don't care at all. The delivery guy offered to take that cold pizza and wings, but I refused because it's been outside for more than 45 minutes. I called pizza hut (Brea branch) and I requested a refund. The manager said " We can't refund your money. That's our policy"... I asked him I want to see the policy that said pizza hut can't refund the money. (because I didn't take pizza or wings and I wasted almost 2 hours) Brea's branch manager told me he doesn't have it with him but he will make pizza and wings right now and he just acting like he is too busy and wants to hung up. I told the manager I'll not take the pizza and ended the conversation. I called to pizza hut customer service line and explained what happen. Meantime, they delivered pizza with looking, old delivery guy. He was bagging me to take the pizza and wings... So I have to take that pizza...I'm not good at explaining all that happened but just want to say this place is really bad and all reviews explained. I know some people have the same issues that I had and use elderly people to make it delivered. Please be careful when you order pizza, especially in this place.
I placed an order tonight 10/14/22 and it was running behind schedule so I called to see where my order was. The person who answered the phone said I didn't have an order. Even though I received a confirmation number and was charged which was very upsetting to hear. The manager came on the line and said I did have an order but they are very busy. When my order arrived they forgot my buffalo wings and only brought my pizza. I told the pizza driver that I would call for a refund for the wings. I then called and the person who answered by the name of Rose said that they didn't have a manager on duty and I couldn't get my refund. She said for me to call tomorrow morning, which is ridiculous! How do they not have a manager on duty at 7:00 pm on a Friday night? I am calling them tomorrow and expecting a full refund based off of this horrible customer service. Also the pizza was cold when it arrived and the cheese was hard. Stay far away from this pizza hut, I should have checked the reviews before I placed the order. Update 10/15/22 I spoke to the manager and asked for my refund and he hung up on me. I have never been so disrespected in all my life when the restaurant is at fault. That fact that Pizza Hut robbed my family because we didn't get what we ordered and they took my money is beyond ridiculous.

The pizza is good but I can not agree on the customer service fee they just started earlier this year. I asked the manager what exactly what this customer service fee was and he couldn't explain to me what it was! I order and pick it up all the time. Not at Pizza Hut anymore. Lil Ceasars or Dominos does not charge a customer service charge at all. Pizza Hut is turning scandalous!!!

Great food every time we go there! Pizza never disappoints ever the breadsticks are great and so are the wings as well! We look forward to having this every couple of weeks for sure! And they take the EBT card which is a plus too!

Okay, I'm gonna be the odd man out and say I love this Pizza Hut. I order here quite often bec when you have hungry kids, you need pizza ASAP. And not to be weird, but I love their pan pizza crust. Only one time out of the 15X I have ordered here in the past few months, my pizza was not ready on time. And it was Valentine's Day pizza heart pizza. I mean, that's impressive. The staff here are always kind and when I do curbside pick up, there is an Indian gentlemen who always brings my pizza out. He is a delight!! So kind. Wonderful customer service! I always order off the app- so easy to use. Would highly recommend this place!

So boneless honey bbq wings were off the hook! The pizza was also really good as well - had medium pan pizza with Hamburg, pepperoni, and onion.The main concern is the delivery. It's ring the doorbell, drop on the sidewalk, and go. The delivery charge and service fees are getting pretty pricey for sure. So it adds insult when the food is just left that way. The "political message" should be taken off the receipts - "SVC fee partially offsets the rising costs in CA". Seriously, raise your prices if that is the case. Stop adding these hidden additional charges to make a point.
