This particular location needs to get their act together. Long wait times just to order, even when no one else is in line (no drive-through to slow them down either). Took about another 30 minutes to get my order after waiting 10 to order. The wings were good, but the gravy in my mash potatoes was garbage. They were very out of sync with their communication. Which led to a lot of wasted time completing people's orders. Another woman waited 45 min for her order.

Seriously? 30 mins plus for a spicey chicken sandwich that they end up getting wrong and providing us a bland greasy basic chicken sandwich? This was not my first choice to eat tonight but my gf insists on defending how good Popeyes is...don't see it. The counter was and I cannot express this enough. Full of ANTS everywhere around the counter by the beverages. Had to warn someone who set their food down to watch out for the thousands of ants there.

I love Popeyes..., however, this location was the worst I have ever been too! I ordered a 3 piece combo to go. When I got home and started eating, everything was room temp and not hot (I live like 5 minutes from this location). Fries were old and stale, chicken was old and not crispy at all and biscuit was not even warm. The food was horrible!! I paid $15! for old cold food. This is unacceptable from a big company like this. There was absolutely no QC. This place needs a visit from corporate.
