Made an online order for wings, twisty bread, and pizza. Order was ready right when I got there which was great! Pizza and wings were good but I was disappointed by the twisty bread which were just okay.Solid price for what you get and the staff were friendly which I always do appreciate more and more nowadays.
This has to be the worst Round Table Pizza that I have eaten at and I have eaten at a lot of them. The level of ineptitude with the help there is beyond words. The owner, the dude with an attitude from hell, gave me a big-time shit when I returned his poison manhole cover that he called a pizza. How can you give me an undercooked thin crust when I ordered an original? WTF? How do you get that wrong? All of the ingredients tasted old but the sausage was going to send somebody to the hospital. I "know" what old rotten food tastes like and this sausage was bordering on life threatening food borne illness! Here's the worst part, this owner gave me a look that would kill when I asked for my money back. I felt like like saying screw off pal! You serve me a meal fit for an emergency room visit and give me shit when I want my money back? I hope this review costs you big because your an asshole and you should stay in your lane when cooking and stay away from pizza. Round Table Pizza? Let's get this place some love absolutely delicious pizza affordable price and most importantly franchise owner is on site making delicious pizza and making sure that you get a great product to you. The place is very quiet clean and you can eat in peace highly recommend even the take to go.
This franchise has bad service got there hour before close . But told you can not get dining inside less than 1:15 minutes before closing. We were also informed they won't honor Pizza Hut gift cards

This is my second least favorite round table (the worst one is the one in Fullerton on Chapman that forgets a whole ding dang pizza). The only reason it's the second worst is this location REALLY skimps on the toppings. Like four pieces of chicken and the smallest sprinkling of veggies on their chicken gourmet pizzas. The breadsticks look like they're anorexic they're just tiny strips of dough. Not sure what's up with management at this location, maybe do an audit because whatever money they're taking in doesn't go back to food quality and quantity.

I hardly ever leave a negative review, but I'm making the time tonight for one reason: Mr. Dan. I've been eating round table for 30 years, because it is the best pizza above all! I have been ordering the "build your own" pizza for the last couple years from the Diamond bar location, which is regular crust with creamy garlic sauce. My pizza come with thin crust and what tasted like no sauce. Now, I think we can all agree we pay much more money because round table is the best. But tonight's manager, Dan, was not. He offered $5 off, which I wasn't satisfied, due to how expensive they are and he got on the phone and argued with me for 8 mins. When i would would try to use an example, he would argue with me about that lol. He asserted I was wrong- he knows bc he said it was initially made incorrectly with marinara sauce...so he knows there was garlic sauce on it. Which is weird because in all the years I've had it, you can def taste the garlic- so maybe it was just a very little amount- which may be caused by quickly correcting the pizza by rushing the order- not sure that's just a guess. But, it tasted weak and different than all the rest I've had. At any rate, what does that matter if the customer isn't satisfied? I asked for $10 off since a large pizza is $25 and he finally acquiesced, I was very nice and friendly throughout the whole call, and I said "thank you, have a goo-" and he hung up on me, which is the reason I'm leaving the review. In this economy especially with doordash, Uber eats killing food businesses, you would think the store manager would at least have some good manners. You want us to come back? Don't argue with your customers and be rude. I am disappointed in this pizza, but most of all, the manager's attitude. I called back and asked the person who answered the phone to let Dan know that was not appreciated. I can put up with a lot, but not disrespect as I treat others with respect- especially when I'm working.

This place is a joke - DAN so rude and not customer friendly- he is a j*** and called me a b**** .. mangers need to be kind and open to customers when they have an issue- my pizza had garlic sauce which I asked for on the side - I GOT RANCH - which I am allergic to... garlic sauce is not ranch !!! Hello no matter what language you speak which I am appreciative of all cultures however garlic sauce and ranch are not the same --/ super sad they could not help - DAN IS Sn a****** and not a good person -sad he is employed

They get a star because it was at least on time but were the opposite of what I asked for. I asked for extra garlic parmesan stuff on the twists and for them to be cooked a little on the softer side because they are often overcooked and dry and crunchy. They decided to do the opposite as they were dry, barely had anny garlic parmesan stuff on them and looked like they cooked them an hour earlier. Quite disappointing. I won't choose this location again.
