We waited an hour to receive some of our food and then were told at that time they were out of the rest. There are better Silverlake Ramen locations for sure.

Our noodles were undercooked and hard. They gave me one little piece of pork in my noodles and the others got more pork so I don’t know what was up with that, but that was very disappointing. I just don’t think it’s worth the money for those noodle bowls. The pork bun all it was was a little pancake with a little piece of barbecue in there definitely not worth that price. We ordered sushi and very mediocre. I was really disappointed and will not be coming back here again.

Great ramen, quick service, friendly staff. We enjoy coming here especially in the cooler months. Wish they were able to keep the patio cover to make better use of space in heat/rain/cold.

Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons.. ambiance is ok, kinda putting lipstick on a pig of a building, but without a full remodel it's a decent job. Second reason 4 not 5 is that I've been to the Santa Monica location and the food / ambience was better, not way better but still better. Yum yum, if you like this type of food and want a casual dining experience, go try it out.

Update: Ordered through their website couple times, and will have to update my review accordingly.You prepay when you order through their website (they no longer receive phone orders), but if anything goes wrong there's not much they do. I wanted to edit my order and I was told I would have to go through DoorDash... even though I ordered directly from their website like they asked. They weren't able to do anything apparently, and the phone number provided on their website was directly to the store and no one was able to help me. So even though I only picked up one item in my order, I was still charged for the other items I cancelled only few minutes after ordering. Otherwise, I still love Silverlake but couple experiences ordering online have been pretty disappointing. Wish they could figure this out!
