One of the slowest Starbucks around. When you're in a hurry, regardless of the time of day, you can absolutely count on them to do what ever it takes to make you late wherever you're going.

Bought a grande hot chocolate and this is what I received. It should be filled up higher. Not worth the price. Also this location is slower even with Mobil order.

Went during 50% discount 12-6pm, which the line was long around 530pm. They decided to close the lobby from 4 - 7 pm to have a district store meeting. The was NOT A GREAT MANAGEMENT IDEA to have a meeting during busy promo hours.The three BARISTAS were AWESOME in controlling the crowd since people were trying to get into the lobby to pick up their phone orders. Since we saw the sign, my son and I ordered our drinks online for drive-thru.

The girl in drive thru got my order wrong. I always get venti drinks and I received a grande. She seemed to give me attitude when i asked why its grande. Whatever no big deal but im disappointed with the amount of ice i got with requesting 'light ice'I think my cup is 3/4 filled with ice. I took 3 sips and my drink now tastes like water. This is why i dont get grande size in the first place...

I order 2 caramel Frappuccino got one basically all liquid like a regular coffee if I wanted a regular coffee I would of ordered a regular coffee I also waited almost half an hour to get my drinks my wife had to go back in there and ask for drinks and one was half way made just sitting there I've never had to go back in and remind them about my drinks before in any other starbucks this is the first and last time

Ordered a large Matcha iced tea with Whole Milk nd whipped cream. Service was fast but there was a lot of traffic.Parking: Maps shows the incorrect entrance. When heading west in Whittier blvd - you should be making a right into the driveway before you reach the signal.

They got my order wrong, first making a Frappuccino instead of a hot drink. They corrected it quickly though, and my brother got a free frappe out of it since they let us keep the incorrect drink. Aside from that everything was great.

Hot Tip: Do NOT order ahead to this location via the mobile app during any remotely popular times of day.Counterintuitively you are more likely to end up waiting on your order behind other mobile orders versus just following through the drive thru line. This location gets hammered with mobile orders especially with school back in session so this tip was given by the drive thru person today after I was told to park and wait 15 minutes for my order. This was after ordering 10 minutes prior to arriving which typically is plenty of time for a breakfast sandwich and nitro cold brew which involves no recipe prep so clearly this location just has trouble keeping up.Drive thru lane will often have a customer service person taking orders in the parking lot to move things along so this can help when ordering in person versus using the mobile app too.Having been inside during crunch time, the staff is clearly maxed out and doing what they can so this just feels like a management and above level issue to address and resolve.Would be nice if mobile app could give you some kind of feedback when ordering but again, that’s outside the scope of adjusting this location can control or influence.So, hopefully sharing the above advice helps future fellow Starbucks travelers in how to navigate this location.I also took notice that many prior negative reviews are directed to a Starbucks feedback link versus offering any visibility into what management may be doing to help alleviate these pain points. Hopefully management at this location is getting the resources they need to implement creative solutions! This place could be the best in the area if they were! Good luck and happy caffeinating!
