I ordered online and asked for extra vegetables. Apparently they don't know how to read the instructions. I even added bacon to some of my sandwiches and they didn't add it (they charged me). I do not recommend this place, they don't take their work seriously, the service is so bad. I even called the store to make my claim and they didn't answer me.

I live only a street away from this Subway and have had bad experiences here with staff, but I must say my husband and I went back a few weeks ago because we didn't feel like driving far and Sandra was the BEST her customer service was OUTSTANDING!! She really made me want to come back to this Subway!! My husband and I left happy and telling eachother that was a really great experience she was so nice and attentive!! Then my hubby and I decided to go back and Mark helped us OMG!! another GREAT experience he was so nice and patient! I just want you to know you have two great workers!! They brought my business back to this Subway! I actually went in today and was blessed and happy to see both of them there and Sandra helped this was another pleasant experience! Thank you Sandra and Mark for the excellent service!!

I would say the service is 4.5 Stars, and that Paola provided very helpful service when I ordered my food on July 5, 2023 for myself and family. I can tell she was a bit new on the job, but she was very accommodating in our requests. I had two items put on the side instead of on the Subway sandwiches and she was very understanding. I hope management appreciates her efforts.

I've had problems with this Subway in the past, but decided to give them another try...wrong! Once again, I ordered online with specific instructions to 'please put the dressing on the side as I will be eating this later'..and once again, they obviously didn't bother to read the instructions, as the dressing was put on the sandwich. I even had "THANK YOU", all in caps. How difficult is it to read the order and the instructions? Apparently very difficult as this is probably the fourth time this has happened (there WON'T be a fifth time!) Yes, they remade it while I stood there (and after I apologized for asking them to remake it)...and yet an apology never came from the three workers. The older woman with broken English kept talking to the two younger workers in Spanish, which I didn't appreciate in the slightest. When I picked the sandwich up off the rack...felt for the round containers and realized there weren't any...I asked her if the dressing was on the side. She says, "yes, dressing is on the sandwich". What else. Suffice to say, I won't be coming back to this Subway, EVER. Too many other Subways out there where the staff can read and comprehend the instructions...shouldn't be too much to ask.

La habra location is always dependable for a good sandwich and service with a smile. I work nearby and frequent this location because I appreciate their cleanliness and custom service. I like the aqua fresca drinks that were added to choose from. (Self serve) * Don't forget FREE cookie TUESDAYs!

Just found this little place today. They actually accepted my Subway discount coupon that so many other Subway stores refused to honor. The two ladies who were handling the lunch hour rush were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job, better than I ever expected. Because of these two ladies, I will be back again. I love to give my business to shops that show that they value their customers.

Very unhappy! I was just told at 7:45 that they were closed. They closed at 8:00. I showed her the sign on the door that said temporary hours showing they are open until 9pm. She said it was wrong. I walked out. I don’t go there very often and this is no way to win over customers. It felt like someone didn’t want to work. I sure hope I am wrong.
