Yep, I would never return to this place. I was in a rush for lunch, hoping to use a coupon for my $9.99 meal deal, but they refused to accept it, citing tough times. When I requested to speak to the manager, it turned out she was likely the manager herself. She directed me to Google, or to come back 11am to 2pm and here I am at Google now. **Avoid purchasing from this establishment**. I also plan to send an email to their corporate offices. Was it all worth it? ?

They should talk to the staff about the service they offer. An Asian-looking employee gave us the worst service. She didn't give me what I ordered and when I complained to her, she didn't like her attitude and her face, what they do to her clients. I asked them to give her extra. meat to my Subway and that's probably why he added extra tuna and since now you can't see if they are preparing it well, I realized until they put it where the vegetables are and I told him that what I wanted was meat, so I was going to pay extra. They should improve the attitude of their employees. When I come to this place, they don't serve you well.

This manager is very stingy with the meats when she's making the sandwiches! Puts a bunch of of vegetables to make it look as if it's a big sandwich. Never coming here again.

I’m an Amazon delivery driver, I asked friendly if I could quickly use a restroom. The basic human right was refused to me (using a restroom). This place is really not recommended..: The staff is rude, I don’t know how this place is still operational with such bad service.

This store does not take coupons and will not say anything until they make the sandwiches. They say they lose money if they honor the coupons. But they took the coupon to throw away but saw the lady putting it in a draw.

Worst subway ever! The Indian lady was so rude about using a coupon. She laughed at me when she said I can't use it. Second. There was a big black hair in my sandwich. Don't go here!!! Trash employees and owner. Wack.

Subway for breakfast is the best thing ever! I had a delicious turkey-and-pepper-jack footlong with ALL the vegetables, and the hot peppers really made the sandwich! The Baked Lays chips were delectable. And good for you; guilt-free! Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, fresh everything.

The employee is very nice and helpful but she is the employee her employer/ franchisee didn't empower her apparently he had strict guidelines as far as discount for seniors and one thing I resent going to subway is their portion of protein with lot of bread is not a balanced sandwich.

Was all excited about trying one of the new Subway subs The club . I walked to this location after leaving my car at Costco for some tire work. I was walked inside and was waiting the sandwich maker came out from the back and said I will be right with you when she returned I ordered a foot long Club and she seen I had a coupon in my hand a national one from subway for a combo for $8.99 . She looked and said they don't accept it and asked if I had the one for the sandwich only for $6.99. I said yes. and asked why can't you take the combo one and was told her manger/owner said to refuse it and not accept . I thought about it and ended up just walking out the door and not to happy But felt they did not want my sale . They not only lost a sale but also a customer for them but Subway also ! How much is the cost of the small soda and the bag of chips on a combo cost them it can't be more than a $1.00 . And the fact to loose the sale and the guest. Heck a lot of other sandwich places and fast food places even take expired coupons. As coupons are meant to bring in sales and customers! I ended up going to Jersey Mikes. I did try and call Subway Corp to make a complaint about this location and there way of picking and choosing what nation coupons to honor but could not get thru as there is a new system and you have to fill out a form what I did. Here is the lame response along with the I don't care from them !I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant.I understand that the location you visited did not accept the coupon that you presented during your visit and that did not meet your expectations. I came to this store at 8:55 pm on a Friday.They have a sign at the door saying that they close at 9: 30pm.When I park my car I saw the worker rushing to the door and locking it, a knock on the glass and make signs asking why did she close, she unlock the door open the door just a little bit and say what do you need?I told her; The sign says you close at 9:30 why are you closing?And with a broken English she says: I know but my boss says after 9:00 no more orders no paying any more..I laughed because isn't her fault, but as a costumer I'm really mad..It's false advertisement and a total disappointment..

Avoid this particular location. I recently received coupons in my junk mail for Subway. Therefore, I decided to try this La Habra location again. Young girl was working that afternoon and she prepared my sandwich without any issues. When I presented the coupon, she applied it to my purchase and off I went. Sandwich was okay and I was fine with that. A few days later I went back to the Subway shop, but this time the owner/manager was working the counter. She is very stingy with the ingredients. The cold cuts are pre measured, so she couldn't mess with that. She literally took three leafs of spinach to put on my sandwich. Veggies are very inexpensive and when piled onto a sandwich, gives the appearance of a hearty sandwich. All that, just to save a little money. That's when I remembered why I stopped buying here. When it came time to pay, I pulled out my coupon and without even taking it from my hand, she said coupon could not be accepted on this sandwich. (Subway Club) Not wanting to argue over two bucks, I asked her what sandwiches were acceptable. She said only on a turkey sandwich or something similar. I paid for my meal and left for good.
