I went this location to take out before and I was sitting inside with my friend today. To wash my hands, I went to the restroom which is extremely dirty and took my appetite away. The restroom condition is not acceptable! So filthy. Seems like they haven't cleaned the restroom for a while. After I saw the restroom, I couldn't trust the level of hygiene of the food prep so really couldn't eat. I used to like Subway sandwiches but the experience today changed my taste. Too bad!

Went here to get bogo 50% off but forgot to order thru the App...Great thing Natalie was there to accommodate and assist us.I must say you know what you will get from Subway sandwiches but what really blew me away was the kind and helpful service Natalie showed us...She was very professional and very courteous as well as patient with us.I am used to getting the dreaded...no can't do that!soThanks Natalie!appreciate your warm and respectful demeanor We will be back!

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT GIVE US ENOUGH VEGETABLES FOR WHAT WE PAY. OUR SANDWICH WAS BASICALLY FLAT.They renovated the place not long ago, so it is clean and well maintained. When we ordered sandwiches we asked for a variety of vegetables but she put so little that when I saw my sandwich it was almost flat ?♀️We went there bc we had the same menu before from other locations, and it was so good with all the veggies. How crunchy it was ? but when we got the same sandwich at this location it was so disappointing.By the way, the boy who works there was doing what we asked for and giving us a hearty amount of vegetables in one of the sandwiches, but the old lady who was making our other sandwich tried to save their veggies by giving us the smallest portions she could?

As a former employee for this establishment, do not try to work here. The management is very unprofessional and the manager Riz treats her employees terribly. When you work with her she steals your tips after making you work your ass off and she doesn't have people skills. She doesn't treat you like a human being. It was just a very bad experience for being employed for the first time. There was a lot of miscommunication about schedules and they expect you to change your hours at the drop of a dime. Riz will also call/text and tell you not to come in because it's "too slow", but the next time you work with your coworker they will tell you that it was busy.

I am a former employee (using a different name) this picture attached is the manager she treated me very poorly as a human it was my first job when I was in a "formal" setting when we were working in front of customers she would always make comments such as "you are doing this wrong" very loudly as well as when she was helping a customers the manager (Riz) would stop and make me finish what she had started and instead she would take my tips I got very frustrated and instead I tried to do something else but she made me go home but when I tried to tell her what she was doing she would cut me off mid sentence and said "yeah, well who's going to pay you" over all the work is okay but the management was very bad, also the hours I was given was very poor they have another store in Brea and she made me work there when I told her I couldn't over all if you are planning to look for a job I do not recommend applying here

A simple and delicious take on a classic breakfast takeout meal. Their breakfast sandwiches are the perfect way to start every day. I am really looking forward to trying their new sandwiches next time. Another unexpected spot worth trying.

They are VERY skimpy on their items. I got a footlong and asked for extra pickles on mine and she only put 5 pickles. So when I asked her for more. She asked you want more? Like I'm crazy. And gave me like 2 extra pickles.I suggest if your are online ordering to order from another subway

Do not go to this subway ! I am warning you just like previous customers saying the manager (riz) is rude and that she should get demoted is true ! So I place an online order at 3:24 pm for a pickup order at 4:05pm . I came in around 4:08pm and walked up asking for my order . And with a confused face she said that on her end there was no order placed . So I go and show her my order number and confirmation . And asked what can I do , she says ,rudely, there's nothing she can do cause on her end it doesn't show it . So standing there ,dumbfounded , I asked again what I should do and she said nothing she can do and I should leave . I was so mind blown ! So I said so you want me to leave when the bank took my money already and with no food ???? At this point I'm livid ! And showed her my bank statement showing the bank already took my money . She tried to somehow blame me saying maybe I placed the order at the wrong place (showed her the confirmation with there address) and then she goes and tries to reset her computer . And that didn't help so I say can you call corporate or the manager (she looks and says she's the manager *palm to face* ) and I said well who's higher up from you call them . So after 10 mins ! She finally calls her supervisor and he has the order on his end . She goes and proceeds making the sandwich and not one apology . I understand the situation of the computers being off but after showing all my confirmations and transactions she should of handled this better instead of telling me to leave . On top of this all I asked for the supervisors number and she clearly gave me the wrong number so she doesn't get in trouble . I don't like to write negative reviews but Im leaving a review in hopes the supervisor reads this and does something about it .

The food was great and the employees were nice especially Yvette. You can tell she try's her best to satisfy the customer. The reason i'm giving this place 2 stars is due to the fact they have a horrible manager. My friend used to work at this place a couple months back and said the manger would make him do almost everything by himself,he couldn't get much help around. He eventually quit. If the manger reads this, please fix your attitude and treat your employees more fairly.
