First of- I'm a tea shop person reviewing a coffee shop. If my only reference point was Starbucks, this would be 5 stars.Food- okay. my frappe wasn't blended long enough, so I both had chunks of ice and could tell they used a powder. Despite this, it tasted damn good, if not at all like horchata.Service- awesome. They were working incredibly hard to make the drive through orders, and still all seemed genuinely in a good mood. Whatever pay they're getting- add to it, they're lovely.Price- good.Atmosphere- Terrible. I can verify that the drive through is often a long line, but the interior is worse. Despite beautiful decor and lots of sunlight, there's a huge problem with noise. The hum of the machines and drink making sounds, mixed with a speaker system that is not high enough quality for the volume it's played at. They desperately need to look into reducing noise, because for a place with almost silent customers it was as loud as a classroom. It was also dirty, but with how busy they were at the drive through portion I can't fault that.

Wow.... This is the best coffee shop in the entire city known to mind kind. When you step in the environment, you a get home feel. I was treated by this worker named Galihea. She deserves the biggest raise in her paycheck. She recommended me an horchata cold brew. This has to be the most gorgeous drink that I have ever put in my taste buds. She was on it and on task the entire entire. 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10 atmosphere.

Ditch the Starbucks and support a local coffee chain! Tierra Mia is the spot. My favorite drinks are the Mocha Mexicano (hot) and the Rice and Beans Frappe (I know it sounds weird but it's amazing).
Shut down drivethru 10 min before listed hours of operations... drove to front and saw 10-15 customer's seated, one placing an order. Walking to the register I was told sorry were closed as their wall clock did show it was 12... when I showed the employee the time on my phone he said, "yeah were still closed".....I understand wanting to go home i too have worked customer service, but allowing an attractive female to place an order large enough that as I walked out she was still ordering and to deny someone who sat in a premature closed drive thru....all while over a dozen customers still inside is unacceptable...I will adamantly advise anyone who isn't a younger attractive female to just go to Starbucks (which costs less) and honors their stores hours.....
