All my order was missing sauce and was dry and flavorless. I specifically asked when I picked up the order and said all was there and the girl at the front desk said all is in there including the sauces. I get home and nothing! This was one of the worst waba experiences I've ever had the chicken and beef seemed as if they were left out and had no flavor the rice was so horrendously over cooked it was a disgusting mush that was inedible there was no friendly service I will definitely not be returning to this location

Love eatting here. Everything fresh. If you like shrimp try the shrimp plate. Rice brown or white, grilled shrimp yummy, sauce, orange and a salad. I don't know what the dressing they use but it taste amazing. Try this place you will keep coming back.

Paid for brown rice and they give me white rice . How do you mess up on the rice ... this location has such a watery rice almost like mash potatoes . Sucks cause I love waba grill but definitely not this location ... it's time for you guys to get a new cook

Two plates of what tasted like day old candied beef on a bed of raw vegetables slapped on top of a blob of overcooked rice for $22 bucks. One word... HIDEOUS! Three things to get correct, beef, vegetables and rice and you clowns manage to screw all three up? Amazing and Pathetic. Waba Grill? I don't think so. More like Nada Frill

Hit or miss place for a teriyaki bowl. Sometimes the chicken is decent, most of the time it's fatty. Last couple times the transaction was silent. No greeting, no thank you. They need to hire friendly, pleasant people at the counter.
