Horrible service!It's the second and last time we go to this place! Everything is dirty, the employees are rude and they didn't give us all the items we ordered! in addition to waiting more than 1 hour and 30 minutes for the order! Do not order from this place!I have already contacted the company to file a complaint.

Do not come hereBeen coming here since 2015 2015( when it was actually good)Now they barely add any sauces on the wings like dude im not paying for plain wings. Fries- crumbs and always cold and old when i get themI feel the staff or business doesn't care about the quality of the wings. Im always disappointed coming here

The kid with the curly hair that took my order looked pissed to be working and then when I asked how long it would take he shrugged and was like uh I don't know then mumbled soemthing at me as he walked away I mean customer service I guess

I ordered 8 pc bone in wings and what I got was the boneless lab grown chicken wings. Come on do better guys. This is not worth $21. Every time I come here you make a mistake. I won't be back anymore

Worst service I ever gotten, rude cashiers, place is really dirty, all tables covered in trash no where to even sit had to clean the table myself for me to sit to eat my food. When getting my food the food was already cold the fries were all soggy with too much seasoning when asked them with no seasoning. Don’t recommend to dine in!!!

They do not use gloves!! Was considering eating here, but when I saw no one in the kitchen wearing gloves and touching the food to cook, I noped out of there. Just posting this for other people.

The nuggets are still very small some were burnt as well as the fries. The workers look depressed and have bad attitude, There were nuggets on the floor where I ate and overall I avoid this wingstop like the plague.

The food was good as usual however, the woman at the front who runs the cashier, im not sure what her name is, was extremely rude and snappy when taking mine and a couple of my friends orders. Typically i wouldn't mind this due to it being just one occasion, however, we've returned since then and she gave us the exact same terrible service. She had drawn on eyebrows and that's the only way I could describe her. I'd recommend putting someone else to be the face of your business. Someone who is respectful and welcoming to take your order.

After waiting 25 minutes for a take out order with no apology... I got home and it was the wrong food. The manager is smug. Be careful. Hopefully this was a one off incident.
