Above average pizza, poor beer selection and the music is way too loud. Great place to grab a slice to go!

If you’re vegetarian and craving pizza, Dough Momma is the place to be. I’m not a thin crust kind of gal but their toppings surpassing my favorite pizza joint.I had the Burrata Margherita ($29), class cheese ($22) and Vegan (23).The margherita is one of the two highest price pizzas on the menu. Make sense because it’s all fresh ingredients with tomatoes, Burrata, mozzarella, no sauce but drizzle with a white garlic sauce and garnished with basil.I never eat cheese pizza but I love the cheese pizza here. Basic red sauce mozzarella. I like it because it had more sauce than cheese. If you want to know if a place is good, check out the cheese pizza. Dough Momma passes the test! The Vegan was fully loaded spinach, olives, red onions, roasted tomatoes, herbs and balsamic reduction. Some pizzas are offered by the slice. At first glance, the garlic knots could pass as a mini cinnamon roll! They have cookies and wide selection of beers and alcohol.Parking sucks but it’s in a cute neighborhood with outdoor seating.

The server treatment was not consistent. With me, a construction worker, she made me get my own pizza. With an upscale looking person she dropped it off to their table. Sad when people judge.

Forgot to take pictures because we started eating too fast. We’ve been here twice now and it’s very good food for a good price! We sat outside and they brought us our pizza!

I found you on Yelp with all your good reviews. I ordered pizza to go for some guests and I am so disappointed. The pizza was saggy and I have no idea why, maybe because it was in the box but I have never experienced that. I was going to order from Regents pizza but they were closing early that day.

Christmas Eve at 4:56 pm we order two pizzas and a salad. Our two year old grandson is ecstatic saying pizza over and over again. Delivery time of 5:40 is changed to 6:04 pm. At 6 pm we get a notice our order has been cancelled no reason given Attempts to call Dough Momma go unanswered! what the heck not even a call to explain. We come to La Jolla Shores every year since 1971 and attempt to dine local- our dining business will go elsewhere and we will tell our other family members not to use your business! Oh and I have a $90 charge on my debit card that needs reversing

Ordered for the whole family through their website on Christmas Eve. They showed up as open on Google maps, and furthermore, their own website not only allowed me to confirm and pay for my order; it also went through the whole song and dance of confirmed, being prepared, and on the way… Turns out nothing tuned up 2 hours later, nor have they answered the phone. I can appreciate people being closed for the holidays, but have the courtesy to update you holiday hours for your customers, and absolutely turn off ordering from your website. No, Christmas isnt ruined, but I’ve got some hungry kids and am now scrambling for food options later in the evening than planned.

Went in with a couple of friends for a beer and bite. It is a small, cozy place, probably sits 20 inside. Doors were open to the street. We had the honey tossed lemon pepper wings as a suggestion from our server, and they were the best wings I've had in a long time. The staff were very conversational. Had a great evening.Parking: This restaurant is in a neighborhood, so you have to find parking on the streets. Not bad though.

Lucky I had the patience to wait 40 mins for dine in pizza. Disappointed in our large pepperoni due to too oily and soggy that most of the toppings just slid right off the pizza (btw others reviewer have left the same comment) I was so hungry of course I ate it, yes it tasted good but it shouldn't have been that messy to eat, I've had New York style thin crust and it's not that complicated to eat. Other than that nice enjoyable atmosphere, plenty of tvs and great music. If there's another recommendation of pizza on your menu pls let me know so I can give you a second chance

The garlic knots are delicious! I thought the pizza was good too, and the slices are fairly large. Calzone's dough was undercooked though. The female cashier we had was really sweet, and given that they were about to close-- she was more than helpful. It's a clean and well-kept place, and I feel the prices are fair for the amount that you get.

Stromboli was good with pep, olives, sausage made to order. Price for 2 at lunch was $60 ouch. Marinara sauce was cold and had no way to heat up. The garlic knots had real chopped garlic but needed fluffier rolls and olive oil maybe
