My son found this diner online, I love diners!Especially when they have been around since 1960, that speaks volumes! Our breakfast was delicious…. Hash browns were crispy but tender inside! Food rocked, and I’ll be coming back again!Cheers to the staff that were so super nice!?

I wish I had a review for the food but the fact is we came in before 8am it wasn't busy leaving at 840 and no one took our order. There was about 5 waitresses the entire time communing in the counter area taking other people's orders, sat two tables next to us even served one food but not one person came to check on us. Super disappointing because my husband and I were really excited to try the place.

Harry's coffee shop is an absolute staple in the community and my husband and I always enjoy coming here for breakfast and brunch! They have an old school diner vibe but the food is so much better than your normal diner. I love getting the waffle combo with eggs and bacon. The waffle is light but crispy. Sometimes I splurge and grab a side of hash browns which are also super good. My husband loves the Reuben on rye bread. I also love that they have an espresso machine! I had an iced dirty chai latte and it was super good, just what I needed. The service is always good. Everyone is working hard and moving fast. They get busy so be patient! And definitely add Harry's to your list of 'must try's'. You won't regret it.

The server was kind! However we arrived at 11 and put our names in and were not seated until 11:55. The diner is super cute! The food however was not great for a couple of my My friends and I. They didn't love the French toast and I did not like the Patty Melt nor Cafe Mocha. It wasn't sweet and it mostly tasted of cinnamon. The whipped cream was half on and half off the cup so half of it slid off. The amount of expresso was however perfect. My other friend enjoyed the breakfast burrito- the less fancy burrito of the options available. Maybe I caught them on an off day? It was my first time visiting and unfortunately did not make me want to come back.

One of the best kept secrets in San Diego. The food is a good old-fashioned breakfast with a twist of charm. The service is excellent and friendly. I love Harry's.

My fiancée and I were craving for some country fried steak and came across Harry's Coffee Shop. We came on a weekday for brunch and were seated immediately. No wait line. We ordered the country fried steak and eggs Benedict, which also came with one pancake. The country fried steak was small, topped with sausage gravy with your choice of bread or pancake. Nothing special about it. The eggs Benedict was ok. The only hit was the crispy hash browns--it was so crunchy! There's parking in the back.
