While making a purchase for several of their macarons, I asked to use the restroom. The clerk got snooty and said they didn’t have a bathroom and I would have to use the public one. Really? After overpaying for their mediocre product and she gives me an attitude. No wonder the place was empty and gets negative reviews.

I used to go to the UTC one which had better and macarons that tasted better for some reason. Got a box of 6 and they were okay.. more on the drier side.

This is such a cute shop! The gentleman serving us today was really friendly and welcoming. All the desserts looked amazing! The macarons were really good, and gluten-free! They also had a nice variety of chocolates, cake things, and a gelato counter. Great spot to satisfy a sweet tooth!

Went for ice cream. One in our party was a child on the autism spectrum with special sensory considerations. The child picked a gelato based on the color but we were told the store policy was no samples for tasting. We bought the ice cream, the child took one bite and reacted to a perceived after taste and it went in the trash. Let children taste the ice cream, please.

Very good macaroons, eclairs and beignets. Excellent service. Wide array of macaroon flavors. Lots of chocolates to choose from as well.
Good selection of macaron and ice cream. I preferred the macarons to the ice cream, but both were fine. Pleasant service. Will likely be back to try the macarons again.Pistachio was my favorite flavor.

Just popped in with my 4 year old son for some Gelato. Waited 10 minutes while the guy working there moved at a glacial place and stood in front of coffee machine with his back to customers, watching the coffee machine make coffee. He could have been helping other customers. Finally got to us and my kid's choice was between bubblegum and strawberry. The guy wouldn't even give us samples before we committed to a 6 dollar micro portion of gelato. Walked up Prospect to Haagen-dazs, greeted with smiles. He chose strawberry after sampling one other flavor. Happy employees, great service, happy kid.Will never set foot in Macaron again. Owner should know the rude teenager working there could use some manners and is costing business.
