This is a training facility. Not the best out there. I only come to starbucks when I get gifted cards. Always a wait and drinks are a hit or miss. The kids are nice

Coffee is truly a personal thing. I've tried more lattes than I can possibly count and I still enjoy Starbucks Venti, single shot, whole milk the best. Well, next to my own personal Cappugina.

This Starbucks is always super busy and the kids making the drinks are slow. I waited 20 minutes for a vanilla nitro cold brew that did not have ice in it when I finally did receive it.To add insult to injury several people who came in after me got their drinks before I did

Not a good place for spending for coffee. They took a lot extra amount than other Starbucks for the same item. In addition to that, they always make it more frothy with 50% ice and rest amount with coffee. I mostly order shaken expresso and get 1/3 froth, 1/3 ice, and 1/3 coffee.

Staying at a hotel across the street for a weekend in La Jolla and wanted to explore the UCSD campus. This is a good sized Starbucks but we were here on a quiet early Sunday morning. The baristas were so friendly and welcoming...felt like my neighborhood Starbucks back in the day.

This older woman charged me twice by scanning my Starbucks card twice and refused to refund me even though I was showing her the charge on my APP and kept on telling me that I need to call Starbucks myself if I want a refund. Her name was Sheney or Shenny I think.

Been there a few times now and the drinks are consistently watered down just mixed horribly…there are a lot of baristas in training so I’m guessing that’s why

The baristas here are so nice! I come here once in a while. The batista who took my order was very nice and even drew a smiley face on my cup. I wish they took rewards from the app because I have so many stars! Other than that, everyone here is great.

I walked into what I was hoping to be a fine establishment with luscious croissants and sweet brownies but I was met with disappointment and anguish. Although the water refreshment along with the pastries were quite tasteful and delectable, there was one issue that corrupted what could have been a delightful and blissful experience. This being the fact that the tables were all sticky and almost resinous like. One would place their hands and arms on them and would feel the gooey sticky substance drag them down as they attempted to pull their arm away, disgusting... Truly damaged my whole experience.
