Tables, chairs, under tables needed cleaning attention. Spent five+ minutes prepping a table and chairs. Food was exceptionally bland, house salsa was made with green tomatoes, portions were especially small, drinks were watery bland, house bell ringer was missing (not that we needed it). This was a challenging day for the staff? Only a first - love our El Pollo Loco! Thank you for your service! We simply weren't expected or wanted today... Bummer.

This location is trash. Every single time I've come here they've messed up my order. One time I called to complain and they said they were going to write my name down, the next time I went for my replacement order they claimed they had no record of me calling. I go to El Pollo Loco's 7-8 times a month and it's disappointing that this location can't seem to get it together.

at 6:00pm PST theres a guy with a dead voice who didnt bother giving me a fork and left sauces open in my bag. he asked if i wanted a receipt and gave me on anyway i hope he gets drug tested soon.
