Go for the drink club, live the coffees and the lemonades. Not the Soda though, way too watered down, and I never get ice.But absolutely love the charged lemonade. NEVER drink it full strength unless you want to have a cardiac arrest ( at least a full "small" cup!). I mix 1/4 charged with 3/4 reg lemonade.Just the perfect pick-me-up. Hope they keep that option especially the pink one. They call it something mint, but there absolutely no hint of mint to me or any of my friends that we can tell.All the better tho.The bright orange charged option has a bit of bitter taste to it. But good mixed with regular.The staff are ALWAYS very pleasant, and the service is dang quick, and I love self- serve. I hate others having to refill my drinks. Well the charged stuff they have to fill for you but then I will add the regular to as much as I prefer.I don't prefer the food there, but my friends like the sandwich and soup options, so usually I'll treat them to that.The best coffee is the Hazelnut, it's just a slight hint, so not overly flavored. It must be the best seller because its almost always emptying when I go in, -gotta wait a few mins for it to be brewed, but no biggie, I know I'm getting real fresh stuff.

What a horrible experience! They sold me a gift card, receipt showed they charged my card and when I went to pay for my meal, there was a zero balance and they didn't want to take responsibility. I tried ordering on the kiosk and there was an "error" so they offered to ring me up at the cash register. The kiosk apparently charged my gift card even though the order didn't go through. Then when I went to place the order there was no money on my gift card. The manager then told me to contact gift card customer service (he was no help whatsoever) which was closed, so their solution was to have me pay twice. A seasoned manager would have had a response that would involve them doing some work on their part and an interest in making the customer happy. The manager's lack of customer service skills was clear. Panera must be desperate if this is the type of management they are hiring. The entire situation felt surreal. How is this my issue now. So incredibly disappointed! I'll be sure to share my experience with as many people as I can so they won't go through the disappointmeant and disrespect I experienced this evening.

Today order was so weird the food was bot as usually expected I asked for utensils non in the bag the soup was anything but the usual broccoliDelicious so watery, no taste I just throw it , so disappointment this time and i had to order another food ?!!!!

I won't be coming here for food anymore more, I've ordered my food and mine keeps bumping down and new orders keep being served. This restaurant just pushed me in no longer tipping before Im served. I would only be going to my location in chula vista, they have better service.

They didn't make my order right. I wanted them to add a couple of vegetables in my sandwich but all I got was meat and cheese. The people (teenagers) that work there don't pay attention to detail and goof around a lot.It was not even busy, but it took them over 30 minutes to finish 1 sandwich. Not going back there again.

I planned on getting lunch at Panera in Grossmont today but upon walking in I witnessed an employee treating a customer or driver trying to pick up an order very badly. The customer told the employee to calm down and relax and the employee continued to yell and make everyone around uncomfortable, i walked out after witnessing this and I think something needs to be done to discipline that employee, awful customer service and makes your establishment look very very bad!

Parking: Two ways to enter either directly from parking lot or park in structure closest to Target and short walk in.Kid-friendliness: Some menu items of interest to kids (like macaroni and cheese) and they also have a large selection of sweet treats/baked goods that would be of high interest to kids.
