My husband took me to this cute cafe shop to try some drinks and snacks. I loved the atmosphere and their costumer service was patient and nice to us. I loved it. Thank u

Very instagram worthy ofc. Which is cute and the staff was very friendly. The food and drinks were subpar. The strawberry matcha tasted like nesquick and matcha which is yummy in theory but half way through it was a bit too sweet. The food is expensive and stuff I can make at home. Would like to try a pastry and maybe a different drink and maybe it could change my mind.

I love this place! Each time I come here it seems to get better and better. I am from LA but when going to San Diego I stop by which is about 4 times a year! Since 2022

The ideal coffee shop for the perfect girl date! I always get their Raspberry White Mocha Latte with oatmilk, it's always a 10/10! We often struggle with choosing which desserts to get because they all look amazing! The baristas are always more than happy to offer their recs. Add this spot to your favorites!

While I was visiting El Cajon/San Diego I was looking for unique places to eat at. Pink Rose caught my eye, and it is just as cute in person as it was online. The staff was very friendly and made our orders quickly! There was plenty of seating available inside and out, parking nearby across the street for free. Definitely a very instagramable place! Didn't use the bathroom here but they do have one! As for the drink I decided to get the Matcha Latte with Rose to try something different. I wasn't the biggest fan of the rose element of the drink but it was still good to drink! I think if I came back I would just get the regular Matcha Latte, I tried some my friends drink who had that and I liked that one more. We both agreed that we felt the real star of the show was the pastries, I had the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake. I really enjoyed it, it basically was your typical coffee cake but not too cinnamon and it had a top layer that was like a chocolate chip cookie/cookie dough. My friend had the one that looked like a pecan pie and liked it! Overall it's a cute spot, I don't know that I would go out of my way for it but if I was in the area again and wanted a Matcha I'd definitely come in!

Very very pink! Was invited to try this cafe. Nice and accommodating staff. The decor is definitely pink, with a theme and interactive decor. However the drinks lack the hype. First I ordered rose milk tea which tasted like pure chemical syrup. Whatever rose matcha product or recipe used is not good. I have had this drink at many other places and this was the worst rendition. Please update the recipe but the regular matcha oat latte was decent. The staff was accommodating and swapped drink option. Furthermore, the pecan bar reminded me of pecan pie. They warmed the pecan bar which tasted like home. I enjoyed it better than the drinks. Otherwise, definitely film content here. Lastly, don't let my experience sour a visit. Visit and support local small businesses.

Such a CUTE cafe. It's work it just to enjoy the decor and ambiance. They have sweet treats, pastries, coffees, teas etc. the drink and pastries were not bad- the service was friendly and helpful.

So beautiful inside and out! The staff is super friendly and the prices are comparable to a coffee shop without the incredible ambiance. We go to Pink Rose on the regular and we are always happier when we leave than when we arrive.

Updated after owner replied:Based on the snarky tone of the owner, I actually WOULDN'T RECOMMEND popping in here, even if it does have cute decor.Of course I understand that businesses run out of ingredients, duh. Free tip: if the back runs out of something, they should let the front know so that they're able to let the customer know right away at the time of their order. There have been many times I go to order something somewhere and the cashier lets me know that the item I want is not available. At that time I'm able to make a decision to either not place an order or to order something else.To have a customer wait for over 10 minutes for a mostly pre-made drink before then telling them that that you can't make their drink doesn't seem customer-forward. However after reading your reply I'm not surprised though, it's very clear you're not customer forward at all and that's why I don't recommend people come here, even if you do have incredible avocado toast! ?----------Original review:Cute entrance and interior decor - very instagrammable but the speed of service and offerings left something to be desired. We ordered a lemonade that cost $7... And after waiting about 10 minutes for us, they found me to tell me they actually were out of an ingredient and could not actually make the lemonade Some of their other food offerings sounded good, but $17 for avocado toast is a bit much, even in San Diego.Dietary restrictions: Had some gluten free and vegan pastries.Parking: Parking in this whole area sucks.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the unicorn lemonade (at least from what I observed)!

It was my second time coming here. First time on a Sunday. Second time on a Friday. Both times between 10am and 2pm. There are a couple of things that remained the same. The staff were lovely both times and super patient as I mulled over the menu. I asked several questions to find out what I wanted that day. I have had the signature Rose coffee and the Churros White Chocolate coffee. The aromas in the place was lovely. It lured me much more than the pink decor. The ambience, obviously, was instagram worthy. Even tho I don't have instagram, I contemplated getting one in the moment just to be able to post. Parking was atrocious. There's too many businesses and not enough places to park unfortunately. On the days where it's gorgeous out, and you don't mind walking a few blocks, there's a lot of parking in the neighborhood. But for anyone with mobility issues, it might be a struggle. The drinks were simply okay. I wasn't blown away by them. I was expecting a little more for my buck. But it was a lovely size drink so that balances it out. Don't expect to come during rush hour and find seats. It's not a ton of seating. It's not a big space in general. There's a handful of seats outside - half of which are covered with an umbrella, the other half isn't. All in all. The drinks were a 3 star. The breakfast was a 3.5. But the ambience and staff were a 4 star. So I'll round up and give this place a 4 star!

I went there today because I've seen pictures of how pretty the place decorated. However, not only the decoration is gorgeous the staffs are also wonderful and friendly. We ordered rose latte, vanilla latte and hazelnut latte and we all loved it very much. It's a nice place to hang out for coffee and little chat time. Highly recommend
