The service is terrible every time, it takes me 20 minutes to place my order without having to wait in line without having anything, it takes a long time for a fast food place.

We came to the drive-thru at about 12:00 a.m. in order to get dinner pretty late. We got there we were the first people in line for the drive-thru we ordered our food quickly that was not a problem. And when we got to the window we tried to order an extra shake to add on and we were told that they do not currently have shakes at the moment which I thought was kind of weird because I think they're known for them and the burgers. However it was fine so we went ahead and just left the order as it was and we were asked to go park a car because it was going to be a minute turned out to be about 15 minutes I was a little bit frustrated by that it took a long time and it was dark there there is not that great and it's a little bit sketchy down there for sure. However both the guy that brought her order out and the woman who took order were exceptionally nice we're very happy-go-lucky and very nice to deal with. You get a lot of real jerks through the drive through sometimes and neither of them were jerks at all in fact he walked our food out apologize for the delay and it was fine. All I would say about this area is pay attention to your surroundings it's kind of a sketchy way area and probably not somewhere you want to be too late at night if you can help it. But overall the food was good the order was correct a little bit disappointed about the shake and a little bit more disappointed that we had to wait so long to get our food but it seems to me that it's not their fault it seems that whoever schedules the employees to work either doesn't have sufficient people to staff the position because they need additional people there that's clear. Or they just don't have enough candidates that qualify for this job I'm not sure. But either way I would suggest you hire some more people for the overnight shift or at least the you know 10 to 2:00 shift or whatever it is because two people is not sufficient to get the orders done in a timely manner but it's not their fault. The food was good again the people were nice and I will be back for more. The staff here makes it 100 times more pleasant to be here compared to the location in El Cajon or Spring Valley where they're all rude disrespectful and not fun to give orders to.

I ate here tonight, 02.18.24 at 10:30 pm, and 3 other times in the past couple of months- always later at night. The food was fine- not exceptional, but a good value for what I ordered, and I enjoyed the different items I ordered. What I have noticed all the times that I have been there was how friendly/nice (and professional) the staff was. The young lady tonight actually acted as if she not only enjoyed greeting and serving me but also enjoyed doing her job, as well. I will return because of her and the others I have encountered there. It is good when one drives away in an upbeat mood!

My mom and I visit here weekly after church service. We constantly receive wonderful service. LeLe regularly greets us with her warm welcoming smile. Her and the night team are great and provide a wonderful post church tradition for us every Saturday night.
Never open no employees in site wait I see two of them sitting on ground in front of the place been there since 9 :30am what's going on with this

This one looks new and clean. Service took FOREVER. I got my food but not my drink, it was a bunch of younger looking people at the time and they seemed overwhelmed with the 3 orders they had to handle. It took 10 minutes to get my drink, but I was patient and they were at least friendly.
