I love the food but service is a pain, they're not willing to let you deal with a person and are forcing people to have to use the kiosk, if the order gets messed up then you have to call or go online to get it fixed and you get attitude if you want your drink before the order is ready. I'm done going

Quick and friendly service. Everything listed in the receipt was given. They have 3 self-serve kiosks to order your food. And good thing because people ordering at the register take a while.Service would've been quicker if other customers weren't so slow at picking up their food or apparently unaware of what they ordered.Parking: Parking can go either way since there's a Chick-fil-A in the same lot, where their drive-thru passes. But the time I went, I quickly found a spot.

The workers are polite. They have good burgers and good onion rings. It was a little hard to know if I could go up to the registers to order or if it was only the kiosks. I was in the restaurant for roughly 40 minutes waiting for my burger. It took 5 tries to get my burger made correctly.

Food good. Parking lot ew. Stopped by on a weeknight after running errands in the area. Parking was a challenge because the drive-thru dinner lines for Chick-Fil-A spilled towards the street :( The interior space is cozy and clean. There are convenient ordering kiosks and a front counter cashier available. For drinks, I like their tea and juice options in addition to the usual self-serve soda pop offerings. The pager lit up and buzzed when our food was ready. Hot peppers are available at the counter if you need that spicy heat. Tasty menu offerings at this Habit location. The cheeseburger is nice as well as the grilled cphicken sandwich, although the mini chicken-to-toast ratio for the price was meh this time. Fries were closer to the warmish and soggy, not hot and crispy. Mini-me was pleasantly surprised to get a cheeseburger shaped candy gummy with her kid's meal. Even though no drive-thru service, the restaurant is neat. Depending on when you go, the smallish parking lot can get crowded, except on Sundays when the neighbor businesses are closed

Everyone in the restaurant is talking having a great time (I'm for employees having fun) but there wasn't 1 clean table in the restaurant. Clean the tables then have fun!
I was literally in line at chic file, my favorite fast food joint, looked across the parking lot and spotted Habit. I checked out their menu, stepped out of line at chic file and ordered a line caught tuna sandwich and tempura green beans..BAM!Delicious fresh food, courteous professional service... I found my new jam.

Customer service is great, sitting area was not the worst I've seen but, I did have to clean my table off.The fries and drinks are really good. If you're not used to eating a fair amount of grease, the burgers might not be for you.
