Swung by here while at the mall got a bag of pretzels. They were over priced and cold. Only reason 4 stars is they tried to make it right by replacing them but they were still not fresh tasting. Customer service was good though...
Great service from a cashier named emely I have seen her working a couple of times and she has great customer service! I will recommend my friends and family to this wetzel's !

It's a tragedy that this store has so much potential if it wasn't inside the mall, and there were better people working there. Wetzel pretzel is such a staple if the right person owned it and if it was in a more convenient location.
