Got there around noon & the lady at register told me I have to come back at 12:30 to order. Their drink station had flies and it was all sticky. No ice.

First walked in to the building and immediately see filth . Sticky counters with napkins everywhere. Turn your head you see a camera hanging by a wire from the ceiling all the way to the ground. No one come to greet you or say anything . 2 cooks with baskets of food in the fryer . Finally one person comes from the back with 2004 tattooed on her knuckles complaining to the cooks about how she wants to go home and she was out till 4am the night prior. Comes to the front to grab a cup then puts it around her mouth and walks away to continue talking . Not once did she ask if any of the 10 people standing there were picking up or if they needed to order. Finally a kid comes in and to pick up his food and he is greeted with attitude from that same girl. All she says to him is picking up or ordering .then follows with well it’s not here so I don’t have it . What’s your order number ? Kid didn’t understand what an order number was so she followed with talking down to him. Very unprofessional. The only people that actually did anything were the cooks , who seemed to be annoyed with her service and attitude as well.

Really bad customer service.1st -no name tags.2nd - Ordered a wing app option 17$ for 20 boneless wings with all sauces on the side. And the guy made a big deal about it, saying he had never done it before.3rd - as an ex wingstop employee -i saw this all the time and it is really rude for staff to comment on this. He claimed he had worked for a couple months and that I had never worked at a wingstop. (I have the uniform still)4th - i said i wasnt going to order more after doing combo meal and an extra fry and he sent it without letting me say what Kind /style of fries i wanted.... so overall (haveny gotten the food yet) it was weird, rude, and sad. Probably wont be coming back to this location. This was soo unprofessional man like that. 6 years in the service of cooking anf being treated like bad. I was being respectful and chill..

Your associates and especially Ticorie, was wonderful and always extremely kind. His grand customer service almost brought me to tears as he substituted my order to my liking. He was patient, listened, cared and maintained a cleanly restroom while treating me with great humanity. Thank you guys so much for informing me of the deals and always providing a welcoming vibe!

The workers here are horrible and super lazy I walked in and everyone was doing nothing and yapping not doing what they were supposed to do. The workers were not washing there hands and the inside smells like weed who ever owns this place needs to fire there whole staff. I waited for 1 hr for my food and when I got it it was all Burnt like they air fried it for an hour. Half of my wings were black and tasted like charcoal if any of you workers can see this quit your life

Worst fast food establishment of all time. The worker handed me my food with his hands covered in mayonnaise and he was licking it while staring at me. The food was even worse because it was burnt and inedible. All of the workers deserve maximum jail sentences.
