This is a great bagel and coffee shop. I work in the complex and we all pick up food here often. The bagels and big, soft and fresh and they are almost always very generous with the cream cheese (which I really love).I also like their bagel sandwiches, the lattes - blended or hot - and the bagel bombs too. everyone has a bad day, but the woman with a septum ring I didn't catch her name because of her aggressive attitude. To be greeted with "what do you want to order" with an aggressive tone is triggering like If I inconvenienced her and I moved aside and apologized for not being ready but she proceeded to greet the next person exactly the same. Her demeanor and unpleasant vibe literally made me walk out. Foods great. But service was totally aggressive .

Normally my go to place, but today I received the worst customer service ever. It was a white lady with a bun who had a rude tone to every customer 3/9/24. If the boss wants to check the cameras I was the pregnant woman around 8:20 am. Like if you hate working in customer service just get a different job. Her attitude and tone was sooo not refreshing for the morning. Managers should really check on her because I did nothing to her but she was rude with every customer. Wasn't wearing a name tag or else I would put her name on here

This food is way over priced just for a bagel! I've gone to other places like NYC and they don't charge the amount this place does! I've got the basic bagel with cream cheese and they charge me almost $10! They REALLY need to drop the price

I came in here with an appetite in the morning. I ordered the Joes Special on a garlic bagel. Was delicious. I also ordered a red velvet bagel with low fat cream cheese. It had a good amount of cream cheese on it but my only complaint was that the red velvet bagel was just a plain bagel with red food coloring. I was expecting some kind of chocolatey flavor to it. Like, you know, red velvet? Otherwise the lady that took my order was friendly and my order was done in a good amount of time. Wasn't overly busy when I was there. I'd come back since it's close to where I live.

First time here on a Sunday morning just after 10am and it's crazy busy! (I usually come during the week) But despite the rush the staff is still super friendly and these are still my favorite bagels! I love the unique menu options: The Desi, Joe's Special, and "Donut get it twisted" Great local spot! And the iced coffee is always delicious!

The bagels here are pretty good. I've tried Red Velvet, Chocolate, and Everything Seasoned. I think they make the cream cheese because sometimes the strawberry cream cheese has a stronger strawberry flavor than other times. I don't mind the inconsistency at all it's always good! If you're just looking for a bagel with cream cheese this place is 4/5 stars any day. However, I have to take points away because they microwave their eggs when you get a bagel breakfast sandwich. Even McDonalds knows to not do that. I give it a 2/5 making the average score 3/5 for the food. The coffee here is nothing special (3/5), I prefer making my own coffee at home using my espresso machine. Staff are very nice people. I've never had one bad experience. Overall, I'd skip the sandwiches and just go for bagels with cream cheese.

Love coming here for our breakfast bagel sandwiches. The staff here is wonderful and patient with any questions my hubby and I have had. My family has been coming here for the past 5 years and love their food. The cafe is equipped with toys for kids and a little corner for them to play in which is cute. There are tables to sit at. Definitely recommend. Try their lox sandwich.

When I ordered the breakfast combo the cashier told me I was only able to choose b/w the meats given when I wanted to replace with deli turkey instead. I also asked for some ice for my small coffee (as I knew it was gonna be too hot). And first she said no, then was like I can give you a cup with ice. I'm thinking whatever works I just wanted some ice. Ridiculous. Lakewood makes small accommodations with no hassle. Not even clean here

Best pumpkin spice latte ever!!!!! I tried the ABC and at first I thought it would be weird to have avocado bacon and cream cheese on a bagel but once I tried it it was amazing. I love going to Avalon but I feel like Cassidy's corner is much better I for sure will be coming back.

I usually love Cassidy's never a problem. Today I ordered the Joe special and always always ask for Turkey bacon instead. Today they gave me actual bacon. I don't eat pork at all so it was a waste of a bagel. Super sad

Good bagels, but service is often very slow. I sent this organization an email the other day asking if they offered any gluten free bagels at any of their various locations. I never got a response. I expected the answer to be no, but I didn't anticipate that they wouldn't even bother to respond. Disappointing at best.
