My son dropped 2 of his nuggets on their dirt floors. Took them to the counter and asked if they could be replaced as a courtesy and the manager said he could not. Paid for 2 nuggets at a dollar each Which is fine. But with such strick policy they should at least keep the floors clean. Not coming back.

Ordered in the drive-thru. There were 2 crew members taking orders and payment outside the store. Service was fast, placing the order was easy. By the time we reached the window, our orders were ready. As usual, food was fresh and yummy!

this was an absolute 5 star experience on our last visit from the beginning of the drive thru to the end when the food was handed to me. they had taken my name down when i first pulled up in the drive thru and told me they would start prepping my food. i made my way to the window and the staff member greeted me while she told me they were just waiting on my order of fries. they were a little less chatty than other locations but they provided great customer service when needed and that's all that really matters. after a short wait for the french fries i was handed the bag with my sandwiches and sauces and was on my way. it was quick overall and that made for a good visit.
