Ordered a 3pc big box meal. Has a coupon for the big box that wasn't applied. Then when I got my meal only ended up with 2pcs inside. So I paid full price and got jipped.

Worst ever. Three days after all the big raises. 6 piece meal. Received 8 pieces of dry over cooked spice less chicken. I believe this was yesterday chicken. This was a noon time order. Guess you get extra pieces when they over cook.
Pulled up to the store at 9:42. On google and the KFC website it clearly stated that they were open until 10PM. When I got to the drive thru the workers ignored us and continued cleaning. I’m not one to write negative reviews but if you guys are cleaning and closing down at least tell us. The two workers continued talking to each other and never addressed us.

I liked it. The $20 meal on the app can’t go wrong with it. However when we got to the store they go a better special if you just want chicken only. It was 6 pieces for $20 on the app just FYI.

I somehow got coleslaw soup?? Which I don't recommend And I struggled to get my straw in my drink and that's the mess I made getting straw in cup was over filled.

This place is absolutely terrible the drive thru workers are always so rude and they always forget my order or a few items from my order. I always come on my lunch break and the take about 15-20 minutes to get me my food and when I get it I don't get any of my sauce or my utensils . It's been 4 times that I've had to come back and have them fix my order
Im not to complain but this KFC always and I mean ALWAYS forgets something on my order! I order 2 orders 8 pcs wings and only received 1 order! I didn't noticed til I got home. I had to drive all the way back just for " I'm sorry". Whats the point to order online if they can't get the order right! The manager did apologize and gave me a fresh order but I wasted my gas and my time to go thru this..Its unacceptable and the staff really needs to be trained on this.

Ordered the 3 pc big box 9/13/23, take out, around 3:00 pm. I thought the box was somewhat heavier than usual and upon arriving home I saw that the chicken seemed undercooked and was heavy because it was greasy. How can it be greasy when I've seen staff using tongs to remove pieces from what looks like a convection oven at other KFCs ? The chicken was way to soft and the original style batter was entirely ruined. No crunchy texture of the skin plus the taste was missing the "secret ingredient" that makes KFC famous. I couldn't finish because all 3 pieces were practically mushy. It was a waste of $15+.So much grease that the bottom of box was wet with it. Very bad experience. Not happy at all. Also, they didn't provide utensils or napkins to eat the food, and the self serve lemonade was 80% water. AVOID! Staff is very rude trying to rush the orders and they still come out wrong or made with old/stale ingredients. When asked to speak with a manager and he was so high he couldn’t remember me from another car and His eyes where so dilated.

I found maggot eggs on my food. I'm so disgusted I don't even want to go back and get a refund. I'm not even surprised. He's a picture of proof on my kfc nuggets
