This place is way too overpriced and the items offered are subpar and don’t taste as good as other locations. It costs over $7 for two small scoops of ice cream, and one popsicle costs $3.50. They also ridiculously charge $1 for just paying with a card! Their cakes are average at best, most are bland. Unsurprisingly, the place is empty with at most one customer on average. I would steer clear of this particular location and look elsewhere.

Came in to get a crepe cause I seen good reviews but it wasn't that great, ice cream was all melted by the time I got home and I only live 2 blocks away. Will not be going back there.

I ordered a bionic, they hardly put cream in it, they are very miserable, apart from the fact that it is simple, it has no flavor. Everything tasteless. More like just chopped fruit.I recommend La Michoacana which is in the Telegraph and Carmenita mall, there if you enjoy the desserts, with an excellent flavor and abundant cream, better quality, more diversity in what they offer and delicious!

Best crepes I've ever had not only are they served nicely but they taste amazing too! The scoop of ice cream really tops it off and you can choose from the 30 different flavors that they have! Service is also 10/10 the workers really made the experience better and made sure I was satisfied with my order. If you're ever by this Michoacana make sure you try out their crepes or any other delicious items on there menu.

Amazed by the lack of urgency by the worker. I was the only one in there and she was just taking her sweet time. But what makes me give the 1 star is my room temperature juice I paid 10$ for . And having to spend 9$ on the nastiest old, dry tamales. In my opinion this location has no business being open. Absolutely terrible

Not sure why this place has such low scores. I come here often mostly for their aguas frescas and think they are possibly the best in this area. There's usually one person working here at a time but that hasn't stopped them from being friendly, attentive, and courteous. Nothing but good experiences here.
