We were here today after school the attendant was so unfriendly that's not how you greet your clients when they walk into a business and people will try to go in Inside and it was only 3 o'clock and she said I'm sorry we're close and she walked out who knows where she went but the signsays open, And people trying to go inside

Poor customer service, the attendant there ignore us most of the time due to be focusing more on her phone. If this place had a self check out, it would have been a better experience.We asked for lids and spoons, but the attendant just walked away on us to be on her phone.

Google, Yelp, and their own website all say they close at 10 on Fridays. Sign on the door is marked 9:30. SO WHY ARE THE DOORS LOCKED AT 9:10????? A business could not show less consideration for their customers by not being open during their posted hours. Took my time and burned my gas to give them business and this is how they show appreciation.

Every time I have been trying to go into this place they are closed before the hours scheduled. I came in a few times 20 mins before the closing time and they were close and lights off. I also ask for toppings and they said "we are out of it", they don't even go to the back and check. It has been multiple times, the employees have no attentive service at all, very disappointing and cold place, does not feel welcoming at all.

It appears that this Menchies has given up doing business in La Mirada. They don't like doing business. It's dirtier, the staff/young people are always on their cell phones and they also start closing out at 7PM. Meaning dumping out all of their flavors. The topping bin is a smorgasbord with toppings all mixed in within another. The trash cans have not been cleaned and have residual yogurt buildup. Sorry this place is not good anymore. There's definitely a lack of quality management missing. .

Took my kids on the first day after of school horrible yogurt was watered down fruit flies every where...fruit was mushy and had fruit flies my family ended up throwing it away because the taste was watered down as well

I loved this place, however it was a huge disappointment today. I walked in and the worker was on her phone the entire time we were there, they were out of easily 3 flavors, EVERY SINGLE jar of candy was uncovered and lids aside, and mosquitoes flying around the jars. By the moment i got to the fresh fruit bar, the kiwi and strawberries were Old and mushy, the pineapple had dead fruit flies all over it, the "melted" chocolate was hard and when we told her, her reply was "oh yeah it's probably because its all out" yet did nothing about it and proceeded to be on her phone.
Second time spending 40$ on ice cream that was terrible. Seeing as though this is my second time guess shame on me. The lady at the register claimed management is never there to fix the machines, so my banana pudding yogurt was very soft and melted coming out. Many of the flavors were out due to the machines, and there were gnats on all of the fruit. My daughter who is 3, literally had a swig of yogurt and the price was the same as mines which was loaded. She said it was based on weight when clearly, my 3yr old yogurt weighed no more than the cup itself. Scam and a waste of money.

Came here to get some pineapple dole whip and was completely disappointed. It was icy and not creamy at all. The mochi topping was hard as a rock. All 3 of us took out all our mochi because it was inedible. I took a few tiny bites of the dole whip and ended up throwing practically the whole thing away. It was a complete waste of money and I would never go back to this place again.

Only giving it two stars because the girls working there were nice, not sure about how much cleaning they do.Overall, disappointed with this place. I live in the area and really want to support local businesses. But EVERY TIME we're there, there are between 2 and 4 yogurt dispensers not working. There's mold building by the dispensers, which makes me question how often they are cleaned. The outside tables are filthy. Just very poor management. I have never seen an adult/manager/owner working there. In comparison, the Yogurtland on Beach is clean, well run, all yogurt flavors are available. So, I'm taking my business there until Menchies La Mirada improves.
