I’m a big fan of the chicken sandwich. The last one I had was smaller than usual, and I’m here to say, ‘that ain’t cool!’We know the bathrooms are gonna be sus, the service will be slow, but we expect a killa sandwich. Don’t let me down, Pop!And one more thing. Why be stingy with the small fries? For $12 (with tax) you can do better. Don’t tempt me to go elsewhere. Please!

Sigh…..First, let me say I think Popeyes has the best tasting fast food. Their fried chicken is better than 90% of what I’ve had at “real” restaurants. This Popeye’s in particular has pretty consistently good food.Unfortunately, I have to go through this Popeyes’ underperforming staff. They are the foil of my bliss. Since this location has opened, I’ve probably been thirty times or more. I’ve had more bad experiences than good ones. I’ve had employees lie to my face about my order, I’ve had my order made wrong. I’ve had my food cold. I’ve had unwelcome substitutions for my order, etc.I think I’ve only had one great encounter with the staff, and I was shocked! I’ve had a few unremarkable exchanges, and way too many negative experiences. I will say, the more recent experiences have been the unremarkable ones. That’s a good thing. I haven’t had a terrible experience for a few months, so maybe things are improving, or maybe I’ve just gotten better at strategically ordering.Speaking of which, here are some tips for this location.1. Always check your order. Make sure you have what you ordered and that it is at an acceptable freshness.2. Call ahead to see if what you want is available.3. Call ahead to request your order be made fresh.4. If for some reason things still went wrong, Popeye’s online customer support is the best I’ve ever dealt with, despite their lackluster on-site customer service. Use the app, to contact them, and they’ll make sure to take care of you.Anyway, happy dining! Love that chicken!

What's going on with this place? I've been here twice. And the wait time is ridiculous. They appear to be fully staffed. This place needs a corporate dude to come in and shape it up.

If you bought a franchise restaurant. Don't open any day that you are no sure that the management team is ready to do the right job.You get pay in advance...The least you can do as owner is make sure that everything on restaurant is going well.Give a gratuity .

This is by far the worse location I have ever been to, once I went here and they were out of drinks, another time they were out of chicken, at that point just close the place down, the last time I went we waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before being helped, after we ordered they told us to wait out front, after 20 mins we left with no food, cancelled the transaction. The place is run by a couple teens, the owner needs to do more or shut down.

Waited 20 min for 2 chicken sandwiches!! I was the only person in the drive through! They got the order wrong as well...I ordered spicy chicken sand ....was given classic. Husband was not happy...he eats q meal a day and needless to say he wasnt happy!!!! This location needs some training....

Two stars because the lady at the drive thru was awesome! I wish I got her name. However everything else was bad bad. Wish I read these reviews before I came because everything that is said is true. My food had a missing item, lady next to me was given my order because they have you pull in and wait at the front now instead of in the drive thru because they're still slow. When I told the worker I didn't want that food because it was in the other ladies car for some time- they said they'll get me a fresh one but I'm pretty sure they just went in and changed the bag and came right back out again so that math ain't mathing - as I initially waited about 20 min for it. Won't be coming back to this location
