The food was ok the service by our young waiter by the name of Jonathan was excellent. But the chef is terrible very unprofessional he came out of the kitchen and yelled at our waiter in front of customers very unprofessional just because he told him that people had been out waiting on there food going for over 40 min. The manager should really look into getting a new chef. now I know why they are constantly changing staff the waiters aren't the problem the chef is.

Worst service ever!!! They are not equipped to handle a rush with two incompetent servers who don't know how to manage their stations. One of the servers gave my ramen to another table and I never received what I ordered and our waters were never filled. I waited 15 minutes after my family was served and finished their food. I don't recommend this establishment.

Very tasty soup in the ramen with lots of toppings like bamboo shoots, seaweeds, eggs, mushrooms that made it so complete and satisfying.

Ramen came out lukewarm, asked it be nuked. Noodles no texture. Broth safely thick. Disappointing. Should have kept to my rule of Japanese for Japanese food.

Free ice cream with a review! We got a single strawberry mochi ice cream. Ambiance is nice. Very traditionally decorated, there are big booths, everything is clean. We got the a spam musubi as an appetizer and then veggie, seafood, and spicy black ramens as our entrees. Honestly, service was okay. Our server messed up my daughter's order then disappeared until it was time to get our check. The cook served us and the fixed her order and brought us an extra spam appetizer which was better than any of our ramens. The ramen itself was a little disappointing in terms of flavor especially for the broth. My seafood ramen was just... not worth the extra $10. The the toppings were different than advertised and the crispy onions did not do anything for me except get soggy. They tried to make up for it by giving us a discount, but we won't be coming back.

The food is average, service is slow and not so friendly. Although the restaurant didn't have any other customers, it took about 15 minutes to get the food. They can improve on having staff who are motivated and ready to go. I wasn't in fond of the service and made the experience poor. No greetings or goodbyes.

Great food and ambience. Had the spicy black ramen love that black garlic flavor. Broth is just right not too salty but still savory and rich. Will be back!

began my culinary journey with a delightful skewer, but the star of the show was undoubtedly the sashimi plate. The freshness of the sashimi was striking, and each piece of yellowtail was a burst of flavor. What truly elevated the experience was the special wasabi sauce that adorned the sashimi, adding a delightful kick to every bite.Moving on to the yaki dishes, they were a perfect harmony of sweet and salty flavors. Each ingredient was tender, almost melting in my mouth like butter. The balance achieved in these dishes was commendable, making for a truly satisfying dining experience

I liked this place. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly, firm but not undercooked. The broth was full bodied, but not overly salty, which I feel most ramen places are guilty of. My favorite dish was the bento box. Most bento boxes come out in those painted chipped sectional boxes, but this one was artfully arranged on a black tray, with 4 bowls: neat, clean, and yet artful, in the Japanese aesthetic of detail, refinement, and clean design. The Tempura was exceptional: batter was crunchy and firm with enough flavor, that I found I didn't need the dipping sauce.Overall, the food was excellent, nothing was over salted, I could taste all the flavors, which were clean and refreshing.Decor was also nicely done. Place was clean, furniture in great shape, and the music was at a volume to provide a relaxing atmosphere without intruding on the dining experience. In summary, this place hit all the right check boxes: great food, nothing overdone, excellent presentation, and professional, courteous, attentive wait staff that you would expect from an authentic Japanese establishment.Definitely will be back.
