Bad service and ruins Popeyes reputation.I loved Popeyes. My fave is the chix sandwich.I ordered 2 in this place drive thru and 1 was served cold. The guy from drive thru held the sandwich it and said it's warm. Another crew came and said its warm. I told them the diffenrence with the other sandwicj which is hot.I told them to replace. They came back with the same sandwich which pretended its new and it is still cold.I didn't want to ruin my day and left....Bad service!!!!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen and my food was cold. Manager was too busy hogging up the soda machine filling it with a bucket of ice when I tried to get a drink I had to wait for him. If I could give a lower rating I would give a 0 score. Do not eat here you will regret it.

I have tried to message with corporate but have not gotten a reply so here is my exp with this location I was one of 3 ppl that came in to get lunch to take home. We all had separate orders and in my group 2 out of 3 of us are diabetic. I ordered last at 3:04 pm and didn't get my food till 3:47pm for "fast food" that is in no way ok.1. It took over 40 min to receive my order that was 2x sandwiches, 6 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, large fry and large macaroni and cheese.2. At the 20 min mark I asked when I would get my food and was told the drive thru was causing the delay then I was told it was the sandwiches3. When I asked the 1st employee for a manager I was told there was no manager, I then asked for who ever was in charge and was told no one was in charge4. When I asked a 2nd employee for a manager or whoever was in charge she said it was her and she didn't want to give out her name when I asked for her employee number she said she didn't have one. I told her that it was crazy that at once 30 min I was still waiting for my food and I was making a complaint who am I speaking to she finally told me her name was Lalaiue and said my food would be ready soon.5. I finally got my food over 40min after I ordered it and 30 min after my friend who ordered right before me got hers and 10 min after the other friend that ordered 1st.6. The blackened chicken sandwich was not edible due to it having over a cup of mayonnaise on it to the point that when we picked it up the bread was so saturated that it fell apart and pickles were put on it when it was ordered with our pickles.7.Not once was the staff apologetic or communicative of why my order or why my 1st friends order took so long or why we watched over 10 ppl who ordered after us inside and that's not even counting how many cars were served via the drive through all got their food in a reasonable time but we sat for almost an hour waiting.

This is our first time here as recommended by my wife’s younger sister. She said try the chicken thighs so just trying it out we ordered #4 plate with four chicken, Mac & Cheese and some water. We ordered all thighs two Lousiana Hot and Two Classic. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and not as salty as KFC. KFC has met its match the taste was a little better than KFC. After finishing the chicken, I looked at the receipt and saw we had a small drink with the order which was not given to us, maybe the nice attendant forgot as she was also manning the take out. My had to go to the all gender restroom I went in after her and noticed that it does need to be serviced. Some customers before us were not respectful enough and had littered the restroom with a bunch of used napkins. So sorry for the cleaning crew. But all in all the place was clean and quiet.

Service is waaaay too slow. I tried going inside to get better service like other reviews have said but the wait for anyone to come from the back to the register took literally 25 minutes even though I flagged her over and asked if she could take my order twice in that time. Then the 4 people in the back cooking went back to servicing the drive through only for another 30 minutes... must have seen 25 cars get served between ordering and my order being prepared. There were only 2 people eating inside but there was a huge soda spill in front of the booths... not a great look. Maybe I will try a different location next time, possibly something wrong with management at this site.

really rude employees they close at 11 and we went there 10:40 and they said they were closed and we asked at what time they closed and told us at 10 almost laughing at us.really unprofessional on their behalf this is why they’re the worst reviewed popeyes in the area

The price DONT match the quality! First, we were given fried chicken that had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while; hence, the taste is not pleasant. At last, the Mac and Cheese wasn't good. Definitely, NOT returning to this specific location.
