We drive thru this Starbucks for a frapp and had twice already that they forget to place sugar or syrup each time. So bland . I think I these workers are not paying any attention to what they are doing. I should have tasted it before we left. We ordered a venti and we got a grande. They just can't get anything right. Pls try to be attentive to your jobs.

The worst Starbucks I've been to. They take a super long time to take your order, then they take forever giving you your drink. It looks empty but they are super slow. No please or thank you either. Horrible service.

When I ordered the new merry mint the worker gave us the wrong drink and also was super rude when talking to me and my mom. We also got the free hot chocolate that comes with any handshaken drink and when my mom drank it, it didn't taste anything like chocolate. Instead it tasted like lukewarm water with a tiny hint of chocolate. Overall wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't recommend going to this Starbucks.(Editing 10 minutes after) ADDING ON there was a whole piece of coffee bean in my drink too which hurt my teeth :( WORST Starbucks I've ever been to!!

Ive never done a starbucks review but man first time hereA SHORT 8oz pike is 3.15$??? But I get EVERYWHERE else within 3 mike radius - A TALL 12oz for cheaper at 2.65$Id get if it was same but so its smaller and cost more? Yes its .50 cent but x5 is another TALL coffee elsewhere. Ya il go elsewhereStil good coffee though
The coffee is delicious, the store is clean, and the seats are nice. It was nice to sit and have a coffee and spend some time. There are also many outdoor tables so you can sit outside.

My last visit was terrible. Normally they are A+. I waited 15 plus minutes for an order and had to leave without it because I’d be late for work. Came back on my 30 minute lunch break and waited 10 minutes to be helped and another ten to get my coffee. It appears they have replaced the previous crew and managers were standing around having a meeting while I stood there. Finally got my coffee and it tasted like there were no expresso shots in it. Had no time to go back. 45 minutes and $7 down the drain. I won’t be returning. Shame because it’s 2 minutes from my job.

My family enjoy coming to this location, we loved it at first cause the hours of the location was late but lately this location closes at very random times and we check online but nothing has been updated. Sometimes they’re open till 11, then 8 or 7 and it gets very confusing.
