Tacos ($1.99) Fresh Corn tortillas, out of a bag. Birria de Chivo - Well if the name of your restaurant is El Chivo, the Chivo better be good! And it was, lean and very flavorful, best Birria de Chivo I've found in the area. 5-Stars Birria de Res - Lean with good flavor, not quite as good as the Chivo, but a solid taco. 4-Stars Consommé - Clean, not greasy and good flavor Carne Asada - Most likely grilled on a flattop grill it was lacking a it in flavor, but meat was lean, a decent taco. 3-Stars Al Pastor - Definitely not off a trompo, the meat was a bit overcooked, dry and lacking in flavor. 2-Stars Carnitas - A mix of some crispy bits and moist piggy, a good taco. 4-Stars Buche Bien Dorado - Fantastic, nice and crisp with great flavor. 5-Stars Salsa Verde y Roja - If you like the heat get the Roja, both were very good. Avg - 3.8 - Stars

Very disappointed and lost of quality control from El Chivo. I ordered 4 birras of chivo on August 1,2021 and it was the most disappointing birra I have ever had. The chivo meat was as chewy as beef jerky and just disappointing. Not only was it distasteful but it was also mixed in with beef. Chivo and Res is a different meat that why we ordered birra de Chivo. One Star for El Chivo . Eat at your own risk

Went here a few days ago and got four beef taco's and four goat. The tacos were delicious and came with the sauce to dip. Will have to go back to try the pizza that looked very good. Will have to report back after the pizza.

Today was my first time trying this restaurant ! And let me say we will definitely be ordering again soon!!! The customer service was amazing ! Our food was ready on time ! And everything was delicious !!! We had the family pack meal with carnitas , Birria de Res and Birria de Chivo ! It came with delicious rice and beans and all the toppings and sauce on the side which was perfect ! Our family enjoyed every bite ! Thank you for a great first experience and we can't wait to try more foods off the menu !!!!
Birria has good flavor but you will get more bones than meat. Def not worth the price for bones

Yuri, the owner of this restaurant was very welcoming and accommodated our family. The BEST customer service I've received during Covid. Additionally, the food was delicious and very flavorful. We will definitely be going back for more!

I ordered DoorDash and they confirmed my ordered right away which is why I was impressed. I got an order of consome and two quesabirrias. Upon arriving I was happy to see that the consome was in a big cup! However I think instead of giving me birria de res (like I had ordered) it was the chivio one because it was a very potent smell. The consome was extremely oil and I feel I couldn't eat it because of how thick in oil it was. The quesabirrias were okay, although I prefer them in taco form, but that's just preference. Three stars for good service and big portions, however I wouldn't reorder. Maybe if I went in store.

My apologies for not reviewing sooner! Yuri, thank you for responding to my review but also for personally reaching out. You absolutely went beyond and personally delivered our food. My husband and I were pleased with the food we received, this included: birria de chivo plate, buche plate, and consume. The food had flavor and was delicious including the beans and rice. The extra food you included and drinks was appreciated. Your queso taco and quesadilla birria was delicious and we really enjoyed the texture and flavor. She was very understanding about my previous review. This is the first year this family has been running a restaurant and we all know Covid-19 has not helped us. Again, thank you very much for everything and my husband and I will be ordering again. My previous review was just based on the food we ordered. This is not based on the rest of their menu or service. Their service was very excellent. We will be giving this restaurant another try. I don't like to judge a restaurant just based on reviews. I have tried many restaurant with 3 stars and they turn out great! I look forward into trying other items on their menu!
