First time coming here and it was a disappointment, ice cream was so soft that with in seconds my scoop melted. The place felt stuffy and warm inside. The staff was not friendly at all. Oh and the açaí bold (do not get) tasted horrible and was so watery and it tasted off. I would only recommend the paletas.
Just got served cold nacho cheese and the worker didn't even care when I told her it was cold!

Food review: wouldn't go back. I ordered 2 icreams 2 scoops and crepes (Nutella, strawberry and banana) paid about thirty dollars. Wasn't worth it. Crepes tasted like cardboard hardly any fruit and Nutella? They drizzled it like they ran out. I won't of mind paying that price however wasn't left impressed. Went tonight around 8pm and was served by Miria. She was super nice and I felt so bad that I had her prepare over 5 different items and when it came time to pay there was no tip option! I paid $15 in cash rest on the card.. if I knew there was no tip option I would’ve gave her the cash. Super nice girls working tonight (Miria and Karla). I’ve been here a few times though and it’s always so hot in there probably because the lighting but that’s obviously not their fault. Overall a good Michoacana location in our area to go to.

This place is trash. Customer service is the worst. Ice cream tasted like it had gone bad. Little girl at the counter claiming to be the manager said if we wanted another flavor that we had to pay for it. Any other place that serves ice cream is better than coming here. They sell spoiled ice cream and expect you to eat it.

The fact that I'm taking time to write this is upsetting. I never use yelp to give a bad review but the blonde girl that everyone is talking about is probably the same little miss thang that gave me attitude. I asked for a vanilla and strawberry raspado , she then asked, "nuez y vanilla" which I corrected her and said no strawberry and vanilla. She then hands me the walnut and vanilla raspado and told her that's not what I ordered. I was caught off guard when she started to basically argue with me... like really ? This business will not prosper if you have people with no worth ethics and giving attitude behind the counter. Never again. Didn't even want to bother asking her to make me another one with that bad energy. If I can I would give 0 stars. I threw the raspado in the trash right away cuz the situation was unsettling and unprofessional. It's freakin shaved ice girl, it's not that serious to argue....

With everything that is going on, I need to write this review. I went here with my daughter. I was already night time. She ordered and ice cream and I ordered an item that they had to make. The girl that made my food (short chubby girl) kept giving me really dirty looks. I was on my phone, but I could still see her. As she was making my food, she gave me one last look and tried to cover my food with her body, but I paid attention. She reached into her side pocket, passed her hand through my food, and poured the rest of the toppings on my food. I thought perhaps I was just being paranoid. I paid and walked out while she continued to follow me with a dirty stare. As soon as I pulled out in my car, another car began to follow me. I did a couple of turns and sure enough, the car was behind me. Luckily, I was able to lose it in the freeway.The whole encounter was very sketchy. I did not eat my food and I will not be going back to this place. All I'm saying is keep an eye out.
