I'm not big on knocking a business. I had heard of this spot and was like oh s**** There it is as I was going to another "truck" on the same strip of sunset... I got both that review will be a sad one also... anyhow. I said f-it I'll try it since I'm here and I'm waiting on my za's. Ordered a plate tri tip and rib (because no brisket with pot salad and Mac and cheese. They were super nice even gave a lil Scooby snack of tri tip as they were cutting... its decent. As we were gonna bounce they even gave my kid some extra Mac and cheese... looked creamy coming out so I was excited. Drove round the corner to the park & we were like yeah dig in! Open the box and it was missing the ribs? Like what the f? I paid an extra 5 bucks for that...??? The Mac and cheese ALL that Mac... was really not great. Dead pasta and pretty tepid. Potato salad fair certain was store bought and was a 3 of ten. Thanks for the Scooby snack and thanks for the Mac. No thank you for the jack on the ribs. I can't say I'll be back.

This place isn't even open. It has a taco truck in its place. Owner is wasting everyone's time by not letting people know he's closed.

8/8/20, not sure is hours or location is changed or not, but didn't see the truck, besides a taco truck that took its spot, went around 2000hr. I did try to go to this shop the first time around mid summer last year back on its valley location, and didn't see it. So after two tries with this place, I'm not sure if it's there or not? I guess I should've called first to make sure.

I booked this place for an event I was hosting. The owner seemed thrilled about attending, and we had wonderful communication up until the event. A few days prior to the event, I contacted the business and they read my message on Instagram, however did not reply, so I assumed there were no issues. The night before, I message them again to see if they needed anything, no reply. The day of the event they did not show, I called the business multiple times, and I also messaged him on Instagram and I kept getting ignored. If you're going to agree to be somewhere, and you plan on not showing up, at least have the decency to cancel. It was extremely unprofessional that they decided to not show up without any notice. They could have called, messaged, emailed but nothing.
This place is absolutely one of the most pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. Anytime I go there I am awfully glad. They preserve their high level service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.
