“I think I am addicted to their iced green tea with boba. I have forgotten how much I love it until I got it recently at Yi Fang. Yi Fang is a Taiwanese Boba and Fruit Tea chain that recently opened an Arcadia location in the Burlington Coat Factory and Pavilion's shopping plaza. I am very happy that Yi Fang chose to open one here. Ever since I had their boba in Berkeley in 2019, I have been longing for an Yi Fang close by. Their boba is warm and chewy. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you order online first. There are happy hour promotions when the drinks are 15% when you order online. I haven't seen the promotions at the in store kiosk. They may be there too. The ambiance is clean and presents an old Taiwan vibe. There are no tables inside and only one bench to sit while you are waiting for your drinks So this is more of a grab and go place. I did see desserts on their menu and can't wait to try them next time!“

“Super cute and clean looking. Just had the bash roll with the Belgium, dark and white chocolate, also with bananas and strawberries. So good and a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Service was good the owner (I'm assuming) answered all my questions and even helped make suggestions. I definitely will go back to try the other desserts.“

“Went for Sunday Brunch. Tables are well maintained and the hospitality workers are friendly. Great environment and you get a nice chill vibe from the place. Loco Moco plate was savory and tasty. Hamburger patty was well seasoned and the rice was perfectly cooked. Gravy was very yummy and I wished I had more. 5/5 plate. Reminds me of Rainbow's Drive Thru in Honolulu Hawaii. Ube Pancakes were fluffy and the ube tasted lite. Coconut complimented the airy texture and flavor you get from the pancake and ube. I wished there was more ube and no coconut. I also wished there was more sugar in that dish. Maybe I just have a sweet tooth? I think if you are an ube fanatic, the. you'd rate it higher than a 3.5/5. Ube coffee. Tasted like 1/2 coffee and 1/2 ube. Delivered what was stated on the name. 3.5/5, maybe 4/5. Get the Loco Moco. I love Loco Mocos. I think you'll love them too. That's worth coming back for more!“

“I got a gelato and a cappuccino, it was good, the service was pretty quick. They don't have the gelato's conventional flavors but they are good and pretty creamy. The place was full even though there were plenty of chairs and tables, mostly teenagers chilling and studying.“

They even offered to make a custom sandwich that wasn't even on the menu! Best item ordered was the Chicken-Fried Steak + Eggs! I like how u can get biscuits + gravy instead of toast with breakfasts. Burgers were awesome, juicy + good. Long lists of breakfast items here. Also plenty of classic dinner + lunch choices like steak, pasta + of course their famous Fried Chicken!! “Cute and clean cafe. Always walked past it growing up but tried it out because we had some time to kill. The owner was so kind and I wish her prosperity for her business. I got a small bag of the walnut pastries and iced coffee. The pastry was fresh and hot. Very delicious as a quick breakfast. The ice coffee was very refreshing. Light, crisp, and clean caffeine that gets you awake.“

They have the best waffles, coffee, and smoothies. Come and check them out for yourself. Once you get a taste, you'll be back for more.“

“My wife and I ended up here by chance, and it was great. I got the pulled pork breakfast burrito, which was super tasty and included a nice kick with the salsa. Service was quick and attentive. The music is slightly loud for my liking, but we were still able to have a nice conversation. Will definitely come back to try more of their food.“
