Let me start by saying that the drinks and service I've received here have always been great and I've never had an issue until a few days ago. I came by on Monday morning to get some drinks and a pup cup. I paid using my app and a debit card. Service was great, drinks were good and the wait time short considering how long the lines were. The issue I'm facing came a few hours later when I got an alert that I was being charged for an online barista training on the debit card I used for my transaction. I went back to the location to speak with a manager and was given the run around. The manager present at the time acknowledged that it was a charge originating from them and offered to refund the charge, but seemed to brush off the incident. Regardless of the amount charged, they stored my payment information and then tried to use it for something unrelated to the purchase I made. I was told they would have their district manager call me but have yet to hear from anyone. Not to mention I've now had multiple failed attempts for charges for services ranging from Google to Tik Tok. Be careful with how you pay at this location as they seem to have no problem storing your payment information and trying to charge customers for things unrelated to what they actually purchased.

This was my first time here and it was pretty good. There wasn't any wait around 4pm. I decided to try the Poppin- Boba Fire Lizard Rebel and it was good, kinda of tasted like medicine but the boba literally made this drink so good. I would say if you like red bull,, this is for you. I usually don't drink energy drinks so this was something I normally wouldn't get.

I ordered the golden eagle drink and it was so good. And this is coming from someone who doesn't drink a lot of coffee. The people behind the counter were also very friendly and bubbly. I love the overall vibe and I will definitely be coming back!

Dutch bros is so fast and convenient. Never takes more than 10 mins even during times when it's busy. The latte is pretty decent. Wayyyy better than Starbucks. Yes, it's true. I would go here any day over starbs. Drinks can vary slightly day to day, but still good and budget friendly. The sizes are huge, so I typically stick with a small.

Staff amazing, above and beyond, working harder then anybody I've seen in a very long time. Drinks are good and the wait goes by faster than you think so really give it a chance. Starbucks culture can be cancer, this is the cure.

I love this location. There is a redhead/strawberry redhead employee that is always so fun to see. And Cielo, I think that's her name (sorry if I messed that one up) is always greating me like we've been friends forever. Their vibe is always welcoming. My order is always right too. I would definitely recommend this location.
