Terrible. Sandwiches wrapped in plastic wrap. Had an order for 6 sandwiches, asked if they would be marked. They were not. I asked the employee who literally made them 3 seconds before which one was which “I dunno” was his reply. I was also missing a sandwich and he said I wasn’t. Well I was and he found it. Have been a customer of JJ before but no more. Jersey Mikes all the way.

The tastes of there new Spicy Wrap and Caesar was great but the amount of Chicken in 2 wraps I purchased on two different days did not have enough Chicken to warrant $11.99 price.

This is the "Best Sub Sandwich Ever"!! The roll is so fresh & so delicious ! The roast beef and all the fixings are all so fresh! The kettle chips are the bomb! Best chips I have ever had. The crew is so nice and so welcoming! I wish I could give them 10 Stars!

Very rude staff here. The girl who had to remake my sandwich three times yelled out a profanity at me as I was leaving establishment . Never in my life have I ever been called that in a place of business The sandwich was for my 10 year old daughter. The worst part is when I got home to give my daughter her turkey sandwich she opened it up and their appeared to be spit in it

Typical chain for Jimmy John's. You could tell they were ready to be done for the day though. We arrived 45 minutes before closing (3pm on a Sunday) and they were putting up chairs around us. They messed up 2 different things on our order as well. Food was still pretty good.

Listen Jimmy Johns food itself is usually amazing.. but unfortunately their customer service is not, in fact they don’t even greet you and apparently are trying to close the store an hour early. For one the employee by the name of Frank Hermes (55) I believe that’s his name because I asked for a refund and he was the one to do it & he also made the sandwich with apparent negligence. He was rude… to me, seemed racist. Quick to and try and shoo us away and tell us their isn’t any lettuce nor tomatoes left, Christina our cashier was pretty much useless I’m not sure if Frank is the manager but he definitely needs to be addressed by corporate or the owner. Last but not least he was probably better off letting Christina handle the situation because when we first arrived he was sitting out front in his Lexus while Christina was standing as Cashier again useless other than some type of soft voice and seemed to at least care that her manager or co-worker is abysmal.
