I was more amazed with the service here than the food to be honest. All was good, but our server really made us happy with our visit. We had a server named Keri who really showed her appreciation for us and made sure we were taken care of after having to wait to be seated. We were in for lunch and she guided us through the menu and really helped us pick what was guided to our needs. Although they were busy, we were made sure we were taken care of.

We have been here about 5 times and all times the food has been great. The quality is better than another Texas based steak house we've been to a few times :) it's fresh and the service is also great. We have had to wait longer than wanted but we understand that it's a new place and that's going to happen. I do wish they had more seating through the middle but it must be some capacity issue because there seems to be room. A must try for dessert is the strawberry shortcake!!

The manger Drew & Hope was amazing! I just want to say that with the busy night they had before Easter... they came through & absolutely helped me & my family enjoy our dining experience. The food was delicious especially the spinach dip with the pita bread chips. The ambiance was very calming. Thank you

Food was great ! Our server rihanna was terrible. Only checked on us 3 times. Would just stand and talk with managers instead of checking on us. Had to ask management for things we needed instead. Food runner dropped our food, and my fiancé was questioned many times by management for his age, The atmosphere was nice, very quiet and was seated kinda fast with reservations.Honestly for our first time would rate the experience 3/10,

We had never been to Longhorn Steakhouse. A week earlier there was an issue in the kitchen and we left. We went back hoping for a better experience. It was fantastic all around. The service and food were excellent! We had the ribeye and it was delicious and the desserts were amazing.

2nd time coming here when ordering Take-out. Once ordering online, it is estimated to be ready in 35 minutes (i order $80 worth of food). If comparing this place to Texas Roadhouse, quality of food is better at Longhorn Steakhouse (prices are nearly the same; food options are also the same). Would i travel an extra 10 minutes to Longhorn (vs Texas Roadhouse) - probably not. After ordering online and driving there, they have 6 reserved spots for takeout orders, then on your phone, you get text message with a link for you to type which numbered parking stall you are in, so that an employee will come out and deliver it to you. I just walk in to the takeout counter which is at the same main entrance but you walk to the right side area (straight ahead of the main entrance was a host for dining in). There is usually someone at the takeout register. The employees always greeted me, so i loved that (no need to try to get their attention). I went on a super busy Saturday night at 8pm; still had to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled estimated time of when my order would be ready. Although, i am not complaining. My friends loved your food. Packaging is nice too. However, they did forget utensils when I specifically mentioned that i needed 4 sets.

I'm giving 3 stars because of the poor service the food was fantastic but the waitress was bland and clearly gave me signs of not wanting to be there , it took more than ten minutes to be greeted smh it was not even busy , who does that? Maybe they should reconsider hiring a more happy staff because the staff should be a lil more happy just saying the staff seemed lazy step it up but good thing the food is super fire

My BLOODY RED steak was prepared as requested....A baked potato with butter, sour cream & chives with a side of mixed veggies as I pleasantly asked for, had arrived in a suitable manner(My Complemente to the Chef was given to the OUTSTANDING waitress whom was serving my requests )...A glass of RED & WHITE WINE to go with my dinner picked out by my waitress whom could not have been "MORE PLEASANT"; Coming up on her birthday leaving the following day to her home town....I HOPE she had a WONDERFUL birthday ....Just as she is a WONDERFUL waitress/hostess.....I would recommend this restaurant to ANY PERSON...With a BIG SMILE.
