This location has an issue with keeping proper temps, stirring their foods, and throwing it out when it has sat too long - typically when more food is called out than needed, and a manager fails to enact policy in attempt to prevent waste to capture favorable numbers for their ACO. This failure of company policy should not be pushed onto the customers who are getting sick. Twice - and for the last time - I have been poisoned here. I am writing this review because a peer of mine complained about being poisoned last night from this same location. ACO, please check the cameras for proper food maintenance and potential speediness of the temp logs - someone is not doing their job and it is injuring your customers.-shift lead from college days

I want to commend the incredible night shift team for their outstanding service. Despite it being close to closing time, they greeted us with a positive attitude. After being disappointed by two other Panda locations that were out of white rice, we decided to try our luck at this location. To our surprise, they assured us that they still had white rice available. Even though they were busy preparing orange chicken, they didn't discourage us from ordering it. With utmost professionalism and a friendly demeanor, they convinced us to stay and prepared fresh orange chicken for us without any signs of inconvenience. They swiftly prepared our order, making our two kids extremely happy. I am truly grateful to your exceptional team for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Staff was very nice and food was hot, but the ingredients did not seem fresh ( teriyaki chicken did not taste good, sauce was off on orange chicken, and vegetables tasted bad especially the broccoli). The next day my stomach felt off.

This Panda Express used to have some issues and I stopped going for a while. But in the past couple of years it's become one of the BEST Panda Express stores anywhere. It's super clean, the manager is amazing and the food is fresh and delicious. Today I had a great experience and decided to leave a review. Visit this place every year. This year however I asked them to cater for our golf Event. The team did an amazing job feeding 60 golfers. Foid was ready for us at the time specified and came with all the extra bits we needed..Dips, Napkins, plates, serving spoons...and even a few extra chicken rolls!...we will be back next year!!
If you you to get your moneys worth DO NOT COME HERE made a big order of a few plates and no dam meat and 3 pieces of orange chicken so dam pissedPlates full of broccoli and rice no meats DO YOUR DAM JOB RIGHT AND PAY
