I was a very loyal custom, collected over $50 in points only to be told, 'they changed their payment system and I can't use the $50 in points'! I am so disappointed, I would eat here regularly, I even emailed management before posting a 1 star review to offer the option of a mutual remedy but my email was ignored. Very sad when a business does not value regular clientele. (Incidentally, I have returned several times since the 'new payment method was installed as was told during every visit, 'they haven't figured out the points yet so.....next time', its been months now and I was finally told last week, the company is not honoring the loyalty points so I have lost my $50! I am sure a couple of free meals is nothing to them, and I would be a happy customer but that was not offered to remedy my situation).

manager or owner is so beyond rude!!! however her staff was amazing and on point food here is great just ignore the rude, bitter, greedy manager she treated and belittled her amazing workers. i felt so bad. nonetheless food is great manager just needs to learn how to treat staff properly asap!!!!!

Came in 10 mins before closing and was told sorry we close at 8:30. I said it's 8:20 and the young girl replied I know.. we're closed and walked away. Very rude service. Don't recommend eating here

It's been a couple of months since I've last been here. Needless to say that inflation has definitely taken a toll on this place. Portions have significantly reduced by more than half of what they used to serve! I've been coming here for about 5 years now and gotta say I am disappointed. No other place in the valley serves a good poke serving. I'm just gonna have to go to riverside for my fix. This place used to be my go to because the servings always matched the price. Now with the increased price and decreased servings I will no longer be coming back here. Please save your money and get poke outside of the valley.

We ordered a large bowl. The server gave only small bites of brown rice we ordered. It filled less than 1/5 of the bowl. If all the poke places we've went to, this place gave the least. The portion of the protein and other selection was tasty.

Food was good not great. My main concern was the lack of motivation to fix the issue. Upon payment I went about using the Yelp Check-In Offer and showed the cashier so she could apply the discount to my total. I was disappointed to hear the cashier was unable to do so -- the cashier expressed she was unaware of how to do so and another worker overheard and shrugged in unison simply stating he did not know how either. This exchange of confusion was brief and neither one went about trying to figure it out. If the establishment does not honor this type of check in / offer related to check in they should have the option removed from YELP or train their employees on how to do it. At the end of the day It would've been nice had someone attempted a solution.

Believe or not this has 3 scoops of protein. I got the Large Bowl (Three Scoop Protein) in which is very small and skimpy and that's that I added extra toppings!! Paid $25 for this which in my opinion was not worth what I got. Very very very disappointed Pokehana. and they can't say it was because it was busy because I was the only person ordering.

Amazingly fresh (especially the tuna) and delicious food. It was my first time having a poke bowl and wow, I was so impressed. The two guys working there were so so nice and patient as my sister and I gawked at all the delicious choices. I cannot wait to return! Inside was very very clean and tidy. Good management!

Food was delicious and fresh, the service was outstanding. Daniel helped us from start to finish, he suggested we try his favorite sauce, which was tasty. My experience at this location was perfect, it is very clean the staff is what keep me and my friends coming back. We felt very welcomed. Daniel deserves recognition for being a great help to this poke location.

i went it a bit ago for a large order Emily took the lead she was very helpful, organized, excellent customer service!! that girl should be a sales person. straight to the point!!! george helped her out got out of there within 10 mins!!

Unfortunately the last time I went the salmon and tuna were brown and tasted like it was due to be tossed out. This has happened twice. Customer service was good though but the old fish was disappointing.

Stopped in today for a Tofu Lau which is a bowl with rice, tofu, citrus sauce, wasabi and various veggies. It was pretty good, but the price of $18 was kind of steep in my opinion. The service was friendly and fast. Parking is super easy. I wasn't wowed by the setting or the food, but this is a solid place for poke if you have the craving.
