At La Quinta location they make us wait more than 5 mins to take our order, only 3 car on front of us, also we wait for more than 30 mins to get to the window and still wait 10 mins more for them to give us the drinks, so far very bad service

Was ordering a hot drink and I walked in to grab my mobile online order, and the guy who made and rang my drink up, named "Julian", made it incorrectly, and then told me he assumed it was different cause of what I requested(which it wasn't, got the same drink no problem yesterday lol) and then called it weird. Maybe hire different people or do some social training lol I know children with better morals and manners

During a beautiful night under the bright moon, my matcha cravings kicked in. I drove myself to this Starbucks location. As I was pulling in, I noticed a long line and thought to myself - that matcha will make up for the wait. It was finally my turn to order, and what happened next changed my life forever. - Barista "Can I take your order." Me "Sure, I'll have a grande iced matcha." Batista "Sorry, we're all out." Me "Nooooooooooo." To make matters worse, I had to wait in that long line for nothing. Yea, that experience deserves a 1 star. I'll be posting this same review on other review sites as well.

I don't know what's wrong this is Starbucks but maybe they don't have a lot of Product.. Drinks from here are never strong and very watered down ... I've only been here twice.. and Trust me I won't be going back.. The place inside is really pretty and aesthetic but the staff is also very rude. So I ordered a Sweetened Black Tea.. This is what I got, It didn't taste anything like Black tea.. It tasted like Water with Sugar ... Terrible ... Looked more like Green Tea but also didn't taste like green tea .. I would've said something but I didn't want anymore dirty looks... so I left .. Waste

rude employee whoever was working the front cashier.. was turning away customers.. aren't you (Starbucks) trying to sell coffee not turning them away even if we were trying to buy a cup that u didn't have..

Easy to find. Parking was simple. Very clean location. Staff was wonderful. We each grabbed the shaken espresso with brown sugar and we can't get enough. We also grabbed the plant based breakfast sandwich.

This Starbucks location ALWAYS makes my drink just right and are always greeting everyone through the door no matter how busy they are. No matter if I mobile order or go thru drive thru I can always count on them doing my drinks the perfect way. I primarily do mobile orders because I always hit rush hour before work, but I can always count on them having it ready before my shift. I like to mention that I live in the LQ cove and always drive pass the Starbucks on Washington because meh, but can always count on the Starbucks on Simon Drive. Keep up the great work guys! All of you are awesome!!!

I really like the service at this location! It is ran pretty well and usually has a fast line but sometimes after LQHS gets out (approx. 3:34pm) it gets very busy and sometime the line takes longer. All together though staff is very friendly, funny and kind! I think this location provides good drinks as well.
I don't come here often but stopped by today. I ordered on mobile app and it was done fast and perfect. Brennan was very nice and had an uplifting spirit. I'm happy I was helped by him he definitely had an effect in my day and I was in a better mood after. Thank you so much Brennan and Starbucks for hiring GREAT PEOPLE.
