Myself and my daughter Megan go to this place just about everyday to the point to where we know some of the baristas by name. With that said I'd like to give a few shout outs one to Benji, Martha and the female with the pink hair (for the life of us we can't remember her name) Thank you for your customer service seriously the best. I wished more places had more employees that serve with a smile and always positive attitude!! Again thank you❤️❤️

The worse - and I truly mean worse customer service at this store. It’s actually mouth opening rude. And when spoke to Matt the manager - he was no better at handling the situation. I don’t know why I bother coming to this location and I only do if my fav one is busy but now I know why the other location is busy because they are the best. Maybe this staff should be trained by the Simon location. Save yourself loss of brain cells and oxygen - drive down to Simon and 111 store. They are kind - HAPPY & actually smile to see you.Matt your staff needs major training. It’s sad and pathetic.
