They close the dinning room at 9pm now? The doors were open and we happen to walk in at 9:13 they said they were closed with such an attitude demanded we get out! No apologies for the inconvenience of having left the door open to the public, with an awkward feel I asked if the drive thru was at least open?? There is no stars left to rate the bad service, the company should train for better customer service skills. I will NEVER buy from this establishment ever again..

Food here is always great.Service is limited here. They want you to order on the kiosk regardless if employees are busy or not.The temperature in the restaurant is freezing. Google says it needs to be a least 45 degrees to see your breath. I CAN SEE MY BREATH as my son and I sit here every week in the morning for our weekly breakfast routine. Every day it gets colder! Today I can see my breath as we talked. It’s too cold to enjoy your meal here! Please look into your store.. it’s neglected in a warm welcoming environment!

How much do I need to pay for fast food to have a friendly cashier that doesn't make you feel bad for disturbing their weed smoking session or whatever is happening in the back.
As a frequent customer of this location, I can tell you the food always tastes good even if portions are quite strict. My only real and personal complaint is that this location closes the dining room at 9PM despite most of their competitors closing closer to midnight.
So it's a slow day at this place and for some reason the guy making the food back there tells me after about 4min of them just trying not to look at me while I see their heads up menu "I'll be right there unless you want to use the kiosk!" Very rude and I guess they don't want to deal with customers that end up bringing this store business which in the end keeps them employed. They just want people to use kiosks and not bother them even though they're extremely slow. I thought maybe it was just me but as I waited he was also rude the other customers picked up their finished orders. Customer asks for his soda cup and employee said what size.... It had been purchased already and was on reciet if the employee would have checked, which he didn't. This was bad all around. Table were dirty and not clean despite only having 2 tables inside plus me waiting for order to be completed. Kinda San because I really used to like Taco Bell. Bad experience.

Tacos were delicious, but there was a major issue with the soda machine.The Pepsi was out on all the buttons when I told the young lady about it,she said "We know!" When I asked if they were going to change it out, she said, "NO!" She was very rude.If the tacos had not already been made,I would have demanded a refune and left.Several customers asked the same thing and got the same reply

Went on a Sunday 12/17/23 at approx 10:15pm, checked first online to make sure they were open. Got there and they were already closed.
