The girl who greeted me and took my order was great but....... then her relief came in and I heard her tell him she was transferring me to him. But him never introduced himself to me or let me know he would be taking care of me from now on, never asked if I needed anything or refilled my water, dropped the check and gave him my card and paid. Never thanked me for choosing Chili's for lunch today, although a girl who did not serve me thanked me on my way out the door.
We were hesitant to try this Chili's after getting sick at another location and after reading some of the most recent reviews for this location. However, we were very happy with this location. Our server, Michele, was efficient and friendly. The lunch special was a great deal and was cooked perfectly. The chips & salsa & guacamole were all fresh and tasty.
