Well if it was not for penny your employee cashier in the front with her smile . Your place would be nothing. She out of all employees working had a great personality. On The other hand the other cashier needs to be trained properly..im not sure if it's el pollo locos policy to ignore there customers while in front of the register.. she kept walking away until I got her attention..look !!!for the price of chicken here it should come with great customer service..let's be honest...read full review
